PVC tiles
Contract-SL is a self laying tile, which because of its special antislip backing guarantees a fast and easy installation. The antislip backing needs only spray adhesive for installation. Benefits are the low installation cost and the fact that tiles can be removed or replaced easily. Because of the size and high quality filmprint designs they combine perfectly with carpet tiles. The technical characteristics give Contract-SL high wear resistance, dimensional stability, fire resistance and slip resistance. The 0,7mm wear layer with PU-coating makes Contract-SL easy to clean and maintain. Contract SL self laying tiles are suitable for both new projects and renovations. The tiles can be installed directly on hard floorings, like vinyl floors, stone floors, concrete floors as well as raised floors. Consequently Contract SL is the perfect floor covering for all office areas.

Flotex combines the most attractive features of both carpet and resilient floors, without any of the drawbacks. It has a smooth, velour surface that feels soft and velvety like carpet and is warm, comfortable, slip proof (even when wet) and has excellent sound deadening properties. Yet it also has the water and wear resistance of a resilient floor, can be cut by hand and is fully washable. Flotex is anti-allergenic, anti-bacterial, anti-static and does not harbour state odours. This helps maintain hygiene even in the high traffic areas where its very hardwearing qualities are required, such as schools, hotel foyers, hospitals, offices, public buildings and airports. Available in a wide range of colours and patterns in sheet and tile formats. 25

NESITE is the pioneer company of the raised floor. It started the production of the raised floor in the early 70’s under the name of HIROSS. NESITE produces raised floors with all kinds of finishes. Natural stones, ceramic tiles, real wood, HPL, PVC and Linoleum.
Partitions
The M82 and M92 partition systems consist of several standard modules which can be combined to achieve different results. All metal parts are painted electrostatically at 200o c (picture 1) The M92 system has grooves at the panel connections (picture 2) whereas M82 has “T” profile (picture3). Both systems can have horizontal lines (pictures 4+5). The glass modules can be single/ double glazed on the M82, while the M92 models are always double glazed. Within the double glazing there is a 5cm gap where we can incorporate Venetian blinds.

With the same materials META manufactures WC cubicles for children and lockers. The hinges are all with build in self closing mechanism. The metal structure is made from painted aluminium and PVC locks and rosettes. An upgraded version is also available with anodised aluminium metal parts and stainless steel locks, hinges and rosettes. 27

Office systems Teknion office systems is a geometry of the imagination. Designed around the concept of a post-and-beam structure, ie provides an architectural framework that defines interior and exterior work areas and provides a platform for work surfaces, screens, storage, lighting and power/data delivery. It permits not only the more conventional 90 and 120 degree planning, but planning around the post at every 15-degree interval. The post also allows for numerous angle connections - pods can extend from the post and connect to form clusters at any 15-degree angle. In effect, it can wrap around columns, beams or other elements – almost anything becomes possible.

Hiross Flexible Space System is an advanced air conditioning system suitable for modern offices incorporating raised access floor. Hiross FSS operates with Chilled/Hot water being supplied to the Main Air Handling units, namely Hiross-V and Hiross-C, which are located inside the office area close to the vertical service risers of the building. Hiross-V and Hiross-C Air Handling units will mix the cool or warm air (depending on the season) with Fresh Air drawn from outside and then supply it inside the plenum of the raised access floor. The conditioned air will then be supplied in to the office space by means of Floor Recessed Floor Terminal units incorporating an air modulating damper and variable speed fans. Floor Terminal units have dimensions 600x600mm replacing thus any tile of the raised access floor. Relocating the Floor unit is merely a matter of 2-3 minutes. Hiross FSS requires no horizontal piping or ducting making office relocations and interior space rearrangements very easy, economic and fast.
