Condition

The socio-economic gap within the city has been on the rise since 1980 and predicted to reach an extremely polarized condition by 2030. The lack of public amenities in these neighborhoods, such as good schools, community centers, parks and social gathering spaces feed into the existing condition, making it impossible for these communities to socially and economically grow.
