Ingredients urad dal 1 Teaspoons pepper corn 1/2 Teaspoons Chana dal 1 Teaspoons pepper corn 1/2 Teaspoons Chana dal 1 Teaspoons Rice 1 Teaspoons Coriander seeds 1 Teaspoons Coriander leaves 1/2 Bunch Red chillies 4-5 Numbers Roasted chana dal 1 Tablespoons Tamarind 20 Grams Garlic cloves 4-5 Numbers Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoons Butter 2 Teaspoons Salt 0 Idly 4-5 Numbers
Directions First we have to make idly powder for that take urad dal, chana dal, rice, coriander seeds, pepper corns, in a hot pan and roast for a while. 2. Now add red chilies, roasted chana, tamarind, garlic cloves and mix it. 3. After that add sesame seeds and roast it till it becomes brownish. 4. Once it cools down blend and make coarse powder. 5. In another pan add butter and idli pieces then mix it thoroughly and sprinkle the powder, salt on it then mix it properly. 6. Now add some more butter, coriander leaves and mix once again. 7.
