Experience and Footfall The responses are beyond our expectations and this is the first time we’ve participated in RENEWX. There is so much enthusiasm in the South regarding the product range which we are offering and we are very much excited to have our services extended to this part of the country. About INVERGY It is a British brand with its head office in London. In India they have their manufacturing base, and are coming up with big manufacturing facilities in the north to cater to India and the international market. INVERGY is basically more or less concentrated on futuristic products like storage solutions, EV charging stations, and lithium ion batteries and this is the portfolio which we are going to cater to. Showcased Products We have showcased the product range like - hybrid inverters, lithium ion batteries, ESS solutions and the EV’s which we have given glimpses of and which we are about to get into the market by the end of this year. Services & Commitments The biggest part as far as the experience is concerned, which is required in the storage solution, is services, and we've got 24*7 services support which caters to a complaint within 48 hours. We are trying to build up a service team across India with a network of more than 100 engineers spread over all the places. Technology INVERGY is currently working on The best part about our product is that the efficiency that we are offering is at 97.6 percent, which is one of the highest efficiency in the industry, and it’s an IGBT based inverter, so the efficiency is on the very higher side. Secondly, the most important part is the TOD billing, which is going to be introduced in the Indian industry very soon. At that time, our inverter will be a blessing for the people who will be using it because at that time, the feature of six time zone settings will help you in handling those situations. New product launch The new product launches are hybrid inverters and storage solutions, which we have launched in South India with this exhibition only. CSR Activities We have specific plans right now, but they are still in the planning stages, and INVERGY will send out the full programme of CSR activities in a couple of months. Recently, we’ve made a small donation of street lights with lithium and batteries in the Palgarsh area of Mumbai, where about 100 street lights have been installed with the support of Hinduja Group. So, this is the initial step that we have taken, and there is a long way to go. There is social obligation and corporate responsibility, which we are very much planning to do. Message Go with the technology. Don’t go with the pricing. That is the only thing which I can request from the customers because technology is going to survive for a long time and pricing is only a temporary phase. ROI is based on technology, not on pricing.
