Breaded Schnitzel Sandwich Pan fried pork cutlet with dill havarti, pickled onions and brown mustard on caraway rye. $9 Shaved Catfish Fried catfish, spicy red cabbage dill slaw, dill havarti, shallot aioli and house pickles on caraway rye. $9 Brisket Burger Ground brisket and chuck burger with white cheddar, pork belly, lettuce and tomato on a grilled brioche bun. Served with Cajun frites. $12 Grilled Cheese Grilled asparagus, roasted yellow pepper, goat cheese and dill havarti on buttered and grilled seven grain bread. $9 Pastrami Smoked house made pastrami, yellow mustard, house sauerkraut and pimento cheese on caraway rye. $10 BLTT Pan seared pork belly with fresh tomato, fried green tomato, vbutter gem lettuce and shallot aioli on sourdough. $9 Polish Cheese Pimento cheese grilled cheese with smoked kielbasa and raw onion on sourdough. $9

Shank You Very Much Braised pork shank served with house sauerkraut, house pickled vegetable scraps and brown mustard. $13 Southern Fried Chicken Buttermilk and pickle juice brined fried chicken – served with red beans and rice, house pickled vegetable scraps and white bread. $14 Pork Schnitzel Breaded pan fried pork culet with roasted-fried fingerling potatoes, pickled onions and dijon aioli. $13 Smoked Beef Long Rib Smoked and grilled beef long rib with mustard sauce, pickled mustard seeds, fried and roasted fingerlings and chargrilled squash. $18

Jambalaya Shrimp, crab claw, andouille sausage, peas, jalapeno, fresh tomatoes, black eyed peas, smoked tomato paste and hock stock with basmati rice and crusty baguette. $13 Vegetarian Options Grilled squash and red quinoa paella with peas, fresh tomato, onion, asparagus and roasted yellow pepper and jalapeno. Served with a side of poached egg, evo, and fresh herbs. $12 Southern Pride Black eyed pea stew with fried green tomato croutons, spaetzel, smoked hock meat, and sherry vinegar.

Hot Ham and Cheese Little Town Jerky smoked ham on a crusty roll with honey, brown mustard, cream cheese and gruyere cheese. $9

Salads

Spaetzle Salad Poached spaetzle with butter gem lettuce, smoked pork shank meat, shaved yellow onion, poached egg, sherry vinegar reduction and cured egg yolk. $10 Catfish Salad Fried catfish petals, fried green tomato croutons, carrots, butter gem lettuce, radish, chives and green goddess dressing. $9 Michigan’s Green Gold Pickled, fried and raw asparagus layered with radish, pea shoots, extra virgin olive oil, lemon aioli, poached egg and cured egg yolk. $10 Fresh Tomato Salad Ripe tomato, shaved yellow onion, herbs, goat cheese, fried green tomato croutons, sherry vinegar and chive oil. $10 Boiled Peanut and Pea Salad Boiled peanuts with spring peas, black eyed peas, andouille, charred corn, pea shoots, parsley, rose balsamic and grated hard boiled egg. $9 House Salad Butter gem lettuce, carrots, tomato, scallions with lahvash crunch and goat milk-dill herb dressing. $10
