IN2L has large icons making it simple to navigate and has hundreds of options for seniors, some of which are challenging games.

Memory care offers a big challenge to Tod’s vision, but he has applied his thinking there as well. Typically, memory care units are scaled down versions of

assisted living. At Thrive at Frederica, residents never share rooms and shower facilities. Walk into Thrive’s memory care and you’ll find few differences from the rest of the community, because memory care residents enjoy the same luxury and privacy. The memory care staff only serve that unit and are under the direction of a Memory Care Coordinator. The residents use the IN2L software, eat in a family-style dining room, and have their own safe courtyard.

Tod knows the aging process can remove a person’s motivation to keep living a life of vitality, so Thrive at Frederica is a community in which those who want to enjoy time with other people in the same season of life, can do so in luxury.
