Dr. Amir Ullah Khan is a development economist with a special interest in Education, Agriculture, Health and financial inclusion. He also directs the strategy, management and policy division at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in India.
Probir was also the Vice Chairman of MRUC Internet & Mobile Committee for 5 years. Co Founded Coruscant Tec which was acquired by Mukta arts. Turn-around Director of Plexus Technologies, which was acquired by ICICI Infotech. He has spent a decade in the Department of Atomic Energy where he was Head of Information Systems.

During this journey, he experienced the Indian Education System suffering from a mind-set of mediocrity. Drawing like-minded professionals from the industry & academia, he established Institutional Excellence Forum in 2013 as a Not-for-Profit Organization. Dr. Gautam Raj Jain. Ph.D. is currently working as an International consultant on the World Bank projects in Palestine, South Sudan, India and Ethiopia. He has also served as a Director of a Management Institute and also a Professor at Mudra Institute of Communications (MICA).
Arti works with organizations and leaders to shift limiting beliefs and brings about lasting positive change. She designs & runs programs for Culture Change, Large System Transformation, Leadership Development for Senior Management & High Potentials and Team Building at Senior Leadership level for organizations such as Google, Accenture, Cognizant, Volkswagen & DLF Foundation.
He possesses over 30 years of experience as an academician in top B schools of India and also as a consultant for entrepreneurship and innovation in over one dozen countries and international organizations. He has 4 books and several research articles published in reputed journals to his credit. His academic interests are in institution building and organization development through Cognitive Sciences

Dr. Gaffar is the President of All India Confederation for Women's Empowerment Through Education (AICWETE). She has been the former Chairperson of Girls Education, National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions, Govt of India and is the Managing Director at Indian Institute of Women’s Studies.
Having worked for Webel ( Government Of West Bengal) ,Intel India in North and East region and Business Partner of Peoplesoft/SAP in Dallas USA, Manab believes in the important role a school plays in moulding young minds for a better society. As a globe-trotting Transformation Consultant, Manab strongly feels the need to bring excellence within the Indian School Education. From the platform of IEF, Manab therefore focuses on gathering the best minds from India and abroad to bring International best practices & traditional wisdom to make Excellence a tangible asset. He joined as Director (School Training), Center for Excellence in school Training, VITD in Dec 2013. He is a Trained Master Trainer and Qualified quality Assessor (QCI) for school Quality Assessment and Accreditation.
Dr. Singh is the HOD of Psychology & Mental Health at Gautam Buddha University. He is also the Editor-inchief of Indian Journal of Behavioural Research & Therapy (IJBRT), since 2013.
With more than 17 Publications, 8 research papers, over 70 articles and 12 booklets, his is a substantial body of work. Honoured with numerous awards such as “Avantika National Humanity Award 2003”, “KVS Incentive Award 2005”, “Avantika Guru Dronacharya Samman 2007”, etc; he is an ordinary looking man with extra ordinary zeal and an infinite capacity to work for just cause.

Sudhir Sinha, LEAD Fellow, is a CSR strategist, planner, practitioner; has over 32 years of unique experience of working in corporate and development sectors. As a Chief Coach - CSR, sustainability & Human Rights, he is presently associated with Centre for Sustainability and Responsibility Inc Pvt Ltd (CSR Inc).
As a talent management strategist with experience in working for public, private and international nonprofit sectors, he has been offering services at an international level in strategic roles for business psychology, career development and human resource services covering over 50 countries. Mr. Kapoor's has also been an independent consultant with the government and nongovernment international agencies including United Nations Drug Control Program (UNDCP) and World Health Organization (WHO). She travelled to Bangladesh & Portland, Oregon for assignments on Appreciative Inquiry. Manisha Jayaraman’s competence lies in group and organization process development and working as a change agent. She has vast experience in the field of consulting, facilitating, training, coaching and counseling individuals and groups, across industries like I.T, Manufacturing, Construction, Pharma, Management Institutions, Social Sector, etc. Manisha caters to a spectrum of behavioral and development programs ranging from Transformational Leadership to Emotional Intelligence.

Poonam Nawale is a trainer and Organisational Development practitioner trained in O.D. processes. She is committed to using her knowledge and expertise for the social sector in diverse ways. She has done her masters in Psychotherapy and counseling. Presently Poonam heads a well-established Social Organization in the capacity of “Executive Director”.
Trupti Karkera is working as a Professional Social worker since the past 18yrs. Her special focus has been Education, Health, Livelihood and ensuring effective implementation of Non Institutional services(such as Child Adoption, Sponsorship and foster care).She has done a counseling course in Robert Carkhuff model from Heart to Heart Counseling Institute , Mumbai. She has also completed an on line course in Participatory Training from Participatory Research in Asia(PRIA).
Tushar Gupta has 11+ years experience working in various industries. A Marketing & Management Professional who comes from a Human Resources background. Majority of my experience has been in Business Development, Client Servicing, Brand Management, Relationship Management & Recruitment.
