I. FINAL PROJECT Raos Residual Master thesis ETSAM Madrid 2019-2020 Mentor: Juan Carlos Arnuncio
Ever since the days of the industrial revolution, the south access to the city of Santander has been the most polluted spot in the region. The water and the air quality preservation are the main drivers of this project. Three pollution-cleaner structures constitute the project‘s framework. One for the estuary water, another for the polluted air, and one last structure for the rainwater collection.

Factum-elements
Project/Atelier VIII ETSAM Mentor: Federico Soriano
Factum Elements is a temporary building system made for research and archeological work in Kalah-Koreysh, Dagestan, Rusia. The two main challenges of the project were the difficult acces to the place and the willingness of total preservation. Following this approach, it has a quick assembly, light achorage and entirely harnesses natural resources. Parametric architecture methods are used to obtain maximum efficiency and minimum impact.

Project/Atelier II ETSAM Mentor: Alberto Pieltain Almodovar’s Hill rises over the town of Vicalvaro, located in Madrid’s periphery. The new viewpoint launches from this privileged place. Visitors will enjoy the panoramic views of Madrid’s skyline while floating above the nature of the hill. It also becomes a reference in the distance, giving the hill a new identity.

4. MUSEUM
Delphi archeological museum Project/Atelier IV ETSAM Madrid 2015 Mentor: Alberto Campo Baeza
Located next to the ancient sanctuary of Delphi and creating a unique fusion of the history and nature of the place, this project aimed not only to bring the ruins and its environment back to life, but also to create something that was more than the sum of its parts. The challenge was to re-emphasise the ruins and create a new didactic tour.

São Paulo
Final thesis FAU Mackenzie São Paulo 2018-2019 Mentors: Javier Pioz, Lizete Maria Rubano
Now deeply deteriorated, the neighbourhood of Campos Eliseos was once the first bourgeois district in São Paulo. It is multicultural and rich in architecture heritage. However, it is endangered by the current urban policies that follow the path of demolition and hygienization, driving all the inhabitants out to the peripheric favelas. Moreover, I describe my participation with the MOSAICO collective developing a new alternative project for the neighbourhood. São Paulo 1810

Poposal for the Fastwood Festival VII bewood contest Sámano 2020
CASTRO Inspired by the ancient Cantabrian forts, the project adopts the circular shape and the conical roof. Its raised platform and the sloped roof create a welcoming space where you can enjoy nature and shelter from rain and wind. Designed to host recreational and meeting activities, it is a place to rest and develop group activities. https://www.instagram.com/fast_wood_fest/

PA TI O PA’ TI
Santander Dec-2020
To create the new square, the courtyard of the old school is removed. Then, a continuous concrete floor is placed, rising up curved shaped at its end to meet the wall. The new empty space is filled up with pieces made out of recycled material of different sizes. A beam of light continues the line of the existing wall and enters the square generating a portico of fine columns that illuminates and organizes the space. Before closed, the street opens up creating a wide space for all kinds of users with as many possibilities as they can imagine.
8. MICROESPACIOS II
EL SALON DEL CALERUCO Santander Dec-2020
Our proposal is a space for rest and relaxation. We mark off the area to separate it from the dense traffic of the road and we create a rhythm that unifies the different parts of the area. Placing our vertical elements on the perimeter and unifying the pavement we create a unitary space. A fluid and spacious square that offers the possibility of hosting multiple uses for the neighbourhood.

At Eslava y Tejada SL. Madrid 2020 Project winner of the urban contest Bosque Metropolitano de Madrid (Urban Metropolitan Forest): ‘...A flor de yeso’. We participated together with a group of forestal engineers and biologist, with who we were able to design a project for the future landscape of the south of Madrid, putting vegetation, water and social inclusion on the centre of all of our decisions.
