The relationship between Don and Sylvia is different during the story. At the beginning of the book, we can see that they are not so good to each other, because Don left Sylvia and their daughter Judy alone and Sylvia can’t understand why he did that. On the other hand, when Don returned to Judy and Sylvia’ s city and he asked Sylvia to take Judy with Paul and him for a flight, the relationship started to be better until Don had problems with the plane and Sylvia became angry with him. I think that in the future they will be a very good couple, because when they solve their problems, they will see that they need each other as before.
My favourite character in this story is Judy. I find that Judy is a good girl who loves her parents very much and who expects that they could be reconciled soon, because she wants Don at home with Sylvia and her. Judy doesn’t protest about anything and her biggest dream is to flight with her father to enjoy the experience. Judy is a young, beautiful, patient, lovely, sweet and intelligent girl who gives the main importance to her familiar feelings before the rest of the things.
Judy proves to be a very brave girl , because when her father asked to her to go with him on the flight, she accepted, although she didn’t know so much about what her father and Paul were going to do and where the flight was going to be. Anyway, when they had the accident, Judy was the one who had to ask for help, because she was the only person who wasn’t injured or dead on the flight.
