We source as much fresh produce locally as possible - your breakfast yogurts and milk come from the independent dairy farm just 100m away. And if you’re a cheese-lover, you’re in the right place. You’ll be spoiled for choice between Beaufort, Tomme de Savoie, fresh goat’s cheese, the list goes on…

BEVERAGE

Here, eating without drinking is faux pas. Whatever your tipple, we’ll mix it—from rare wine cepage to typical and homemade Génépi. Made with a local flower which grows between an altitude of 2500m and 3200m in certain parts of the European Alps, Génépi is a ‘digestif’ which is commonly enjoyed after a meal. It has a lovely flavour of herbs and it is a strong alcohol.
