HOW LATE CAN OUR PARTY GO?

Music must end by 10:00 pm at the property due to state and/or local noise ordinance and regulations. All event guests not staying at the property must depart by 11:00 pm. Live music and/or DJ’s will not be permitted after 10:00 pm. Their congregation on the property after the event is prohibited.

CAN I PLAN MY OWN WEDDING?

Day-of wedding coordinator services are mandatory and pre-event planning services are highly recommended. We are happy to recommend a local planner that can assist with your event. Eleven is only responsible for lodging and the venue itself and is not responsible for any event planning details.

WHAT ARE THE LIQUOR LICENSE RULES IF I BUYOUT BOTH PROPERTIES?

Sopris House does not have a liquor license and therefore, Eleven is not permitted to supply any alcoholic beverages for guests. Guests are not allowed to bring alcoholic beverages between the two properties due to the licensing law of Scarp Ridge Lodge. You are more than welcome to stock the Sopris Bar yourselves or hire an outside vendor to work your event. Our vendor recommendations can be found on page 23.

AM I ABLE TO HOST A REHEARSAL DINNER OR WEDDING LUNCHEON AT THE PROPERTY?

We would be more than happy to host all of your wedding celebration events. Other events have different costs associated with them, so please reach out to the sales team for additional pricing and information.
