THE ORIGINAL 1882 BUILDING infamously became the Spritzer Bar, a saloon bought by Martin Spritzer in 1942 and operated by Slovenian immigrants. The intimate, four-bedroom home still has its original tin ceiling and mountain town touches like a massive buffalo head in the dining room and private saloon.

A minimum of a two night property buyout is required to host your wedding at Sopris House. Buyout prices are exclusive of the venue fee and dependent upon the season and number of guests. SOPRIS HOUSE is the ideal venue for an intimate event. It offers two different spaces, including an outdoor patio and a private saloon with a pool table. PRICING & DETAILS

Venue Fee: $3,000 The venue fee covers the cost of one event. Should you be interested in hosting more than one event at Scarp Ridge Lodge during your wedding, such as a welcome party, reception dinner, or post-wedding brunch, please let us know and we would be happy to discuss other options and pricing with you.

Sopris House Capacity • 25 person sit down dinner on outside patio • 75 person cocktail/standing reception on outside patio

Venue Fee Inclusions • Use of indoor common areas for reception, cocktail hour, and ceremony in addition to the patio and private saloon • Event set-up and breakdown time • Furniture removal in the kitchen, bar, and living room.

Furniture can be rearranged or removed (except the dining room tables) with prior consent from our Lodge Manager • Access to event bathrooms with attendants available for upkeep during the event. Each bathroom is equipped with amenity baskets and aesop hand balm and soap. Venue Fee Exclusions • Accommodations • Wedding planning services: Day-of coordinator services are required and pre-event planning services are highly recommended. Eleven does not provide these services • All rentals, including but not limited to: furniture, linens, glassware, flatware, dinnerware, and serving pieces • Food — All catering must be arranged by an outside caterer. • Beverage — Sopris House does not have a liquor license, and as a result, Eleven Experience is unable to provide a bar program for your event. Guests are allowed to use an outside bar service or stock the bar themselves. We strongly suggest guests hire an outside bartender to help serve at the event • Event florals • Decorations, displays, rentals, and party favors • Photography • DJ and band • Event transportation • Use of sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, or guest rooms during the event
