Le projet est une extension d’un musée existant. L’extension est passée par deux phases dif férentes. La première phase n’a pas pris en compte les ruines archéologiques situées en des sous, car à l’époque la municipal ité n’en avait pas connaissance.

En 2018, alors que l’on creusait pour commencer les travaux de construction, les ruines ont été découvertes et nous avons dû reconcevoir l’ensemble du projet à partir de zéro.

Les principaux défis de ce projet étaient de le connecter harmo nieusement au musée existant tout en gardant toutes les fouilles archéologiques intactes et les préserver pour que le public puisse les admirer.

DESIGN & PRODUCTION

Le briefing de l’Académie Al Foah était de concevoir la deuxième phase de l’Académie existante.

Le projet couvrait la planification , l’aménagement paysager et conception de 13 bâtiments (environ 44 000 m²) qui accue illeraient des étudiants, des en traîneurs, une installation sport ive, une tribune, des salles de sports et des logements pour les étudiants et les entraîneurs.

Le client a demandé de ne pas s’écarter du thème des bâti ments existants et de la hauteur des bâtiments. Ainsi, nous avons décidé d’adopter une approche minimaliste et de respecter la palette de couleurs du projet.

Le projet sur l’île d’Al Maryah consistait à redessiner le Podium inférieur et les niveaux inférieurs de l’île entière afin de se con former aux derniers codes et exi gences de l’ADCD.

Notre rôle était de superviser les travaux de l’entrepreneur ainsi que l’extension de l’infrastructure existante de l’île, qui comprenait l’infrastructure existante de l’île qui consistait en :

• La construction d’un pont

• Construction d’un bâtiment technique

• Rénovation des actifs existants existants (ADGM, CCAD, etc.)

Installation de scellements / murs coupe-feu.

• Installation de bornes le long des routes.

La tour est située sur un em placement de premier plan au cœur d’Abou Dhabi.

La tour de 150 mètres de haut of fre à ses résidents une piscine et des espaces de loisirs sur son toit et contient 107 unités résidenti elles et 10 étages de bureaux et de commerces.

La forme de la tour vise à plac er un point de repère recon naissable dans le paysage d’Abou Dhabi. Les deux prop ositions de concept tiennent compte de la trajectoire du soleil durant la journée et la vue sur la mer en tordant le volume et en offrant à chaque résident un ensoleillement et une vue sur la mer.

Dans cette proposition, la tour n’est plus torsadée mais plutôt sculptée afin de maximiser l’exposition au soleil pour les locataires tout en offrant à chacun d’entre eux une vue sur la mer. Le monolithe est intentionnel lement divisé en deux entités fusionnées en une seule. La partie la plus légère du bâti ment est dédiée aux espaces de vie tandis que la partie la plus robuste offre une intimité aux résidents. Le “chapeau” de la tour est soulevé et abrite les espaces communs tels qu’une piscine, un espace de loisirs, une salle de sport et offre une vue panoramique dont tous les résidents peuvent en profiter.

Le site est situé à Beyrouth, Bachoura.

L’objectif du projet est de revit aliser le quartier et de créer un pôle technologique au Liban.

Les jeux vidéo influencent de plus en plus notre vie quotidi enne et l’industrie ne cesse de croître. Aujourd’hui, on parle de sports électroniques et de joueurs de jeux vidéo professionnels.

Pour s’adapter à cette nouvelle tendance, les entreprises de jeux vidéo telles que “STEAM” avaient besoin d’agrandir leurs infra structures.

(par exemple, pour être capable d’accueillir des tournois et des événements mondiaux, les en treprises de jeux vidéo louent des arènes).

Le monde Arabe a la 4ème plus grande population de joueurs. Ainsi, l’introduction de cette nou velle industrie au Liban lui per mettrait de s’inscrire dans l’ère technologique moderne.

Le bâtiment est conçu comme une extension plus légère du Beirut Digital District. Son objectif est de réconcilier le centre-ville de Beyrouth avec Bachoura : • un quartier qui est delaissé et se sent oublié après la guerre civile • en contournant le “Ring” (une route à quatre voies qui entoure le centre-ville et l’isole du reste de la ville).

Le projet se compose de 3 fonctions majeures : les bureaux, l’espace public et les espaces commerciaux.

Les bureaux sont insérés dans un un seul bloc linéaire, adossé à l’immeuble voisin, ouvrant ainsi une possibilité d’espace public.

La façade agit comme une ex tension de l’espace public pour introduire le public au dévelop pement des jeu vidéo, reliant ainsi le public au privé.

DESIGN & CONCEPT

AL BATEEN MALL est situé à Abou Dhabi, Al Bateen. L’objectif du centre commercial est d’établir un centre commer cial haut de gamme pour les résidents d’Al Bateen ainsi que les visiteurs de la plage publique voisine.

Al Bateen est principalement un quartier résidentiel à faible den sité, composé de villas de deux ou trois étages. Le principal défi est d’adapter un centre commer cial de 400 mètres de long à son environnement.

Afin d’atteindre notre objectif, le centre commercial est divisé en trois volumes principaux, chaque volume ayant sa propre identité et son propre objectif.

Le premier volume relie le centre commercial à la fois visuellement et fonctionnellement à la plage, le deuxième volume définit le centre commercial comme une destination haut de gamme et enfin, le troisième volume donne aux visiteurs des hôtels une vue sur le canal voisin et une vue sur ADNEC. La mosquée est située au cœur du plus récent projet de dével oppement majeur d’Abu Dhabi, Al Saadiyat.

L’objectif principal de la mosquée est de fournir un lieu de culte aux nouveaux résidents d’Al Saadiyat.

Le principal défi de la conception consistait à coordonner efficace ment entre les exigences du pro moteur et les besoins et attentes du client. Le design moderne de la mosquée est conçu pour s’intégrer parfaitement à son en vironnement. En outre, pour faci liter l’accessibilité et simultané ment créer un lieu de sérénité et de culte, la mosquée est divisée en deux parties tout en offrant de généreux espaces pour la prière.

DESIGN & CONCEPT

Le projet est situé à Al Nahyan, une région en cours de dével oppement avec des tours et des immeubles résidentiels nouvel lement construits, ainsi qu’une maison basse et des villas. Il est situé sur l’île principale orientale d’Abu Dhabi, à proximité du parc national de mangrove, un envi ronnement naturel d’une rich esse exceptionnelle au sein de la ville.

La villa est conçue en ajoutant et en assemblant des dalles horizontales et verticales. Les murs-rideaux assurent une connexion constante et harmo nieuse avec les espaces verts et les terrasses périphériques.

Le climat rude de la région est également pris en compte par l’implantation de palmiers et de végétation et l’intégration de pergolas afin de créer des zones d’ombre.

Afin de répondre aux souhaits des clients, les proportions et les ouvertures des fenêtres sont soigneusement adaptées. Le positionnement des arbres, des pierres et des surfaces d’eau a été orchestré dans le respect et en relation avec l’espace in térieur.
