Broccoli Salad from Aimee Block
INGREDIENTS • 4-5 large broccoli crowns • 1 cup mayonnaise • ½ cup red wine vinegar • ½ cup sugar • 1/3 cup craisins • 1/3 cup cashews

DIRECTIONS
Break the broccoli crowns up into bit sized pieces. Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar until well blended. And pour over broccoli. Add the craisins and cashews and mix well.
Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving.
