Huffman Sand Cake

Yields: 6-8 servings

1 box (12 oz) Nilla wafers
1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip
6 oz cream cheese (equivalent to ¾ package), softened
1 package (4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
1.5 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Clean sand bucket and shovel
Steps:
1. Make the “sand” by crushing the vanilla wafers in a plastic bag with a mallet or by pounding them with your fist.
2. In a medium bowl, combine Cool Whip, cream cheese, vanilla instant pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract. Beat with a mixer.
3. In the sand bucket, layer 1/5 of the vanilla wafer crumbs. Top with a layer of the pudding mixture, and repeat, ending with a layer of crumbs.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve with shovel.
