John Newton a great slave trader who went to Africa, bought slaves and brought them to America, when he met Jesus and got saved he wrote a great song entitled “Amazing Grace How Sweet The Sound’ A song that has changed many lives in this world, it does not matter what you have done in the past whether you have killed a person like Moses, once you accept Jesus as your Lord and saviour all your sins are forgiven. Many times we have dreams, aspirations and visions, but God’s grace is what will make them a reality. The amazing grace is what will stir up your dreams, aspiration and bring that vision to full completion. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and knowledge. You may have all the knowledge in this world but if you don’t have wisdom you are just an intellectual barbarian. The bible tells us that my people perish because of lack of knowledge. Your children will not do what you tell them to do; they will do what you do. So if you are an adulterer

you are instilling a vision of adultery in your childrenâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s minds. Let me take you through the business city of Jerusalem, an ancient city with profound history. The centre of three great religions, Judaism, Islam and Christianity. When you pass through the city you have a look at Israeli burgers which are always priced at quarter of the price and not full price. Jerusalem the city of peace has become a centre of conflict, we hear of suicide bombers who blow up buses, shops and kill themselves. As you walk through the Zion gates you are caught up with the aroma of delicious food and Arab women who sell their greens. This expresses an entrepreneurial spirit. Then there was another ancient city called TYRE located in present day Lebanon which stretched about 35,000 Kilometres across the shore. Tyre was a commercial city that attracted many merchants from around the world. Goods and art work were sold in Tyre; it was like the financial hub of Africa > Ships also docked at Tyre harbour and merchants sold their goods here. We need to rekindle entrepreneurship like that which was in the city of Tyre. The just shall live by faith and know today that there is no recession in heaven because we serve El

Shaddai the God of more than enough. We have the DNA of God for the bible says greater is he who is in us than he who is in the world. There is no money shortage here on this earth it’s just in the wrong hands.

“Those who do wickedly against the covenant he shall corrupt with flattery; but the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits.” Daniel 11: 32

Never pull back on your supply for God shall supply all your needs according to his riches in glory. Lean not on your own understanding it is already done, Jesus said,” it is finished.” Start speaking the word of God and seek first the kingdom and all these things shall be added unto you. You might be thinking of quitting your project or your job because of the difficulties you are passing through, but know that God will never quit on you. Start receiving what God has already given. You already have what God wants you to have just start saying what God says. All you need to do is trust him and start calling things into being as he has said in his word. If you are sick in your body start seeing yourself healed, if you are broke start

seeing yourself wealthy, if you are weak start seeing yourself strong, if you are complaining start thanking God for everything he has done for you. Do let your past victories become monuments in your life but thank the Almighty God with a grateful heart. When you wake up say like King David said,â&#x20AC;? this is the day that the Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it.â&#x20AC;? Faith is just a positive response to what God has really done, when you mess up condemnation and guilt crop in your mind.

This is an area that can help you enlarge your vision and discover your inner potential when you decide today to take up bold step in this arena. An Entrepreneur is a person with solid focus who creates, buys and builds a Business with a consolidated and innovative approach stirred by an entrepreneurial strategy. We need to change the mind set of going to school then university, get a good paying job and start working on building

businesses and become entrepreneurs. Managing cash is what is very important as an entrepreneur and make sure you understand the business from a customer point of view and have the ability to ask and listen. These days the world is very complex and fast moving and as an entrepreneur one needs to understand financial management and accounting, financial analysis, the market place, the complexity, intensity and pressure of the market. What an entrepreneur does is to work on an idea and push it into an action plan. The lean organisation look will help you plan and face times like the recession in business and the value of products in the next century. There is need for a revaluation of what is value in the market, brand and the difference between products. Make sure that you know what a customer wants in order for your business to thrive. Government plays a major role in the business world and it is the responsibility of individuals to pursue their dreams by creating businesses that will create job opportunities. Itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s really not government that will create jobs; you and I are going to do that by enlarging our vision.

How do I start? Every business starts with a dream and then ones visualisation to start. Every business idea needs capital in these changing times, the moment an idea is endorsed one needs to work on it with all they have got by selling their time. Careers are there to develop you into an entrepreneur and establish something of your own in order to retire young and early. Someone who has the entrepreneurial passion usually feels very frustrated when working in a corporate environment as his dream is not to receive instructions, but to give instructions. In most cases the start is very challenging and with the worlds global markets changing almost every day, capital is required, a good structure and have a strategic plan. One needs to really do a visibility study of the market, have a business plan in place and the cash flow to start a business. Taking calculated risks in decision making is one of the attributes of an entrepreneur. Seeing growth of the business is one challenge every business faces and if you can endure the odds then you can succeed. One needs to do a survey and have a business plan which is a document that will guide you in your business. Passion and the burning desire to do it and make it are attributes that an entrepreneur

should possess. When you are a firm believer challenges will always represent opportunities and there is always a way to be found in every situation. In a creative environment you need to understand how the business works and retail principles in the market. What you need is a team work structure especially with the economic down turn, how do you add value to the business and satisfy your potential and existing customers. An entrepreneur spends quite an awful time in the business and many hours planning and working late nights. To balance family and business is one of the challenges most entrepreneurs encounter when they are starting their businesses. You really need to have an understanding partner when you put on the shoes of becoming a successful entrepreneur, as family time in most cases is sacrificed. If you are a small company many people will say,â&#x20AC;?you are heading for failure â&#x20AC;&#x153;and when you become a big company you are seen as a sinister influence. What is important is doing things properly when you start your small business with good corporate governance that will lay a platform for growth and development. Trust and mutual respect for your partners is very important in a partnership as an entrepreneur.

Creating an entrepreneurial culture to see an entrepreneur flourish is very important in a business model. The role of leadership is not to make good decisions but to facilitate a good decision process of the business. The problems in the economy and the global economic down turn has to do with decisions. Decisions you make today will affect the future. Strong Business principles, identifying risks, courage and focus are very important in entrepreneurship. Always analyse the market, the mistakes you make and other people make in business so that you can learn from them and move on. You need to identify the gaps in the market and then see how things go.

Risk takers The forth characteristic about courage reminds me of a story narrated by Dr. Joe Imakando founder of Bread of Life International. He narrated a story of a Nigerian entrepreneur who had so much courage, small in stature but with a commanding voice. At one time as he was being chauffeured to his Million Dollar mansion, they were followed by robbers and as the gate open and his expensive car pulled into his compound the robbers also rushed in. They quickly came out of their get-away car and at point blank range one robber put the barrel of his gun to the Businessman’s head and said,” come down and sleep on the floor”. The small and short businessman laughed and said “hey just get the car keys, is it not what you want?” He refused to lie down on the floor. The robber tried again and again to say lie down on the floor, the man refused and in the end they got the car keys and household valuables and left.

My mind raced for a minute as in most cases fear crops in and entire body shuts down when a gun is pointed at you. But this man had supernatural courage that one cannot explain in such a situation and this is the type of courage that you find in most powerful entrepreneurs.

Raising Capital It's not your bank book that determines your worth. Whether you buy and sell real estate, trade stocks, or are an entrepreneur, you need capital to make your business grow. This is the biggest challenge that every one who wants to become an entrepreneur faces, it takes a great amount of effort and sometimes sacrificing your assets in order to raise capital. Entrepreneurs are driven by instinct and opportunity and usually have intense negotiating skills. They study the products, market place, plan marketing strategies and do a cost benefit analysis. Their conviction and discipline to start a business enterprise is very dogmatic. The principle of sowing and reaping is the key to any successful business. Those who master the art

of raising capital give their ideas and dream a real chance at success. We have all heard the phrase, "it takes money to make moneyâ&#x20AC;?. However, many people are unaware of one critical fact: the money it takes to get started does not necessarily have to be yours as one idea from God for a business can change the course of history in your life.

Your Own Money The first option for funding the upstart of a venture is the most obvious: your own money. I remember when I started Live Your Dream Academy, it was a time I wanted to buy myself a latest BMW 3 series car and instead I had to divert funds to secure LYDA training premises and purchase furniture including all the necessary training equipment. There is a saying that goes â&#x20AC;&#x153;you have to sacrifice something you love in order to be great â&#x20AC;&#x153;. This is the cheapest and most convenient method of financing, as there is no interest to repay, no hoops to jump through, and no need to involve anyone else in your business and there are several ways in which one can raise capital to start the business: 1. You sell the idea. 2. Get into partnership with someone who has money and buys into your idea.

3. Save from your current income. 4. Get finance from financial lending institutions. 5. Sell your business idea as a franchise. Entrepreneurs may raise capital especially when a business changes from being a private enterprise to a public enterprise and the only challenge here is the transparency, disclosure and compliance which comes with it. One needs to separate themselves from the business. Creating a brand and a unique product depends on how well you do it and that, is it a consumer friendly product. Donâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t let your setback cause you to sit back. There are a lot of entrepreneurial opportunities today and one can start with practically nothing but give birth to a powerful idea that can be transformed into a multi zillion dollar enterprise.

Chapter Two The Mentor

Fred Terman, founder of Stanford Research Park was a mentor for a company that started in a garage popular known as Hewlett-Packard (HP), a successful company that has branches selling office equipments products and accessories through out the world. Another company that owe a great deal to mentorship is Hotmail速 and today millions of people have email addresses with Hotmail. Choosing a mentor is a tricky one but approach those that have been in business or the industry for some time, usually experienced elders who are more than happy when approached by an enthusiastic person bubbling with business ideas. Get closer to movers and shakers to be your

mentors who buy into your idea, they should like you and likewise you should like them. A good mentor will always give good advice and help you with connections to raise capital and create a clientele base. The next challenge that up coming entrepreneur faces after he has established a business, is finding your first customer. However good your business idea can be, it wonâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t work automatically or fit in the market place. Firstly you need to find out what a customer needs, what they want to buy, what they can afford and how they intend to purchase your new product. Mentors will advise an up coming entrepreneur to build a team that will be a cornerstone of the new business and should consist of the following:

1. The Entrepreneur - who is the person with a vision and the boss of the business, must keep the flame burning. They will network and meet the right people in time; sometimes they are very defensive when it comes to choosing a team and handing over some responsibilities. There is a fear of losing control of the business in every new business owner.

Finance The main function of a finance cornerstone is to have an eagle eye on the company’s cash flow. They put financial policies and procedures in place to make sure the company operates profitably such as: -

Entrepreneur and finance director show be signatories and authorise all payments. Always borrow long term to keep a steady cash flow and keep a daily cash flow forecast. Persuade suppliers to give you extra payment terms such as 60 and 90 days to pay for supplies. Keep your records straight and don’t mess up with the tax man. Put a system and document process for all expenses and invoices you issue to your clients. Don’t spend money you do not have by employing new employees with high salaries. Keep a good credit record and rating so that you can be trusted by the banks and suppliers to extend credit facilities to your business.

The funding of the business is always advised by mentors to first be the entrepreneur’s money. Then if he does not have the initial start up capital then apply for grants or loans from lending institutions like banks. The third part is revenue, if your product is convincing ask your customers to pay in advance for your product, but always keep your word and delivery on time. The forth source is your mentor if they really like your business

idea they can invest into your business themselves. The fifth source might be the mentors connections or friends who can come sometimes in the form of angel investors and lastly you many find venture capitalists that are always very stricken their investments.

Other Strategies There is need to work out technical sales plans on what you intend to sell and the time frame ,any other strategic alliances you intend to form in order to expedite these sales and deliver . The most important is the people plan as to who is going to do what? If you need to hire staff, what sort of people and when? How will they deliver against the people plan and how will they be measured? Ask your mentor to advise you when choosing a lawyer for the company who will scrutinize all legal issues and assist with you register your business. He will also help with the study of all contracts and lease agreement when you now decide to find your own premises for the business. When you start a business and register it, as a director you take up certain legal responsibilities thus itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s important to brief your lawyer on matters you are not sure of legally. Avoid litigation, always negotiate; legal problems always come from lack of good communication and always choose good professional

advisors that will stick with you and see you grow. Finally make sure you draw up a white paper on the strength of that deal which enabled you to make your first sales and more.

Warren Buffet one of the richest men in the world says,” It’s the best investment I ever made” and former US President Bill Clinton says.” Your industry promotes core values all around the globe and gives people the chance to make the most of their lives and, to me that is the heart of the American dream”.

This is the direct selling phenomenon which takes out sales representations of companies by empowering individuals who love and use the product thus sell or refer the product using the word of mouth. Instead of being paid commission with a minimal basic pay, people involved are rewarded using a healthy compensation plan. Rich Dad best seller Robert Kiyosaki says,” Network Marketing is the Perfect Business for the average person to create wealth." He also says, "If you really want to learn how to be rich, you must begin to know and understand the power found in networks. The Richest People in the world Build Networks.” Then well known businessman and Entrepreneur globally renowned property mogul and a multi billionaire Donald Trump says” If I lost everything and had to start again, I would find myself a great network marketing company and get to work!”

Chapter Four Look Through The Eyes of Faith

No eye has seen, no ear has heard what God has in store for you. See through the eyes of faith. Faith is the assurance of things hoped for the substance of things not seen. “Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cards, and strengthen thy stakes: For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and the left; and thy seed shall

inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to inhabited” Isaiah 54:2-3

I heard a story about a preacher’s son who was sick in hospital and the father thought to himself, “let me see what my son will become in future.” He placed a bible next to his son’s bed side to see if he would be a God fearing person, then he placed a playboy magazine to see if his son would become a womaniser, he also placed a dollar note to see if his son could be a banker and he then placed a bottle of whisky next to the bible. When the son woke up he was amazed at what he saw next to his bed side, he first took a bottle of whisky and had a shot, and then he put the dollar note in his pocket, then took the playboy magazine and placed it inside the bible. The preacher watched all this at a distance and he concluded that his son would run for congress or became a politician. Envision seeing yourself have that faith to succeed for God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him, you produce what you continually see so change what you see. Imagine you get into a toilet and then as you close

the door you see a sign on the door,” they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength”. What picture have you painted right now?

Barrack Obama’s Campaign

One morning I had the privilege to watch President Barrack Obama’s campaigns before he was elected president and how hard working all those that were involved, worked with so much zeal, enthusiasm and passion to enlarge Obama’s vision. What struck me most was their slogan “Change We Believe In” and another one “Yes We Can”. He was a man who had a vision and saw his victory through the eyes of faith to become the first black president of the United States of America a land of opportunities indeed. The passion to reach people door to door was a clear indication to me, of a spirit that an entrepreneur should possess. He had built a campaign team that worked together night and day, city to city and did all the campaign focus and strategies. What began as a whisper soon became like fire spread across the cities of USA. Change cannot come if you wait for another person, change can only come when you take the step, a helm that will heal the nation. I then could identify the four cornerstone of entrepreneurial spirit very dominant in Obama’s campaign, he was like the entrepreneur, and he had a

campaign manager and his team as Technical Innovators. The posters they did for the campaign gave me a thought of how powerful branding can be and touch many hearts “Yes We Can “was used to identify a product and a motto for a business at hand in the campaign. I was touched by Obama’s testimony when he shared to his team that he was just an ordinary person who had to pay his student loan just like anyone else and had debts just like you and me. But the turning point was to enlarge his vision to turn his annual income into a monthly income, he achieved his dream and became president if the United States of America.

If you have purpose, perception, power and prayer people with negative attitude will run away from you. Fear and negativity is contagious and so avoid people that are always complaining or talking negative things. Purpose and start feeding your mind with good news and avoid negative news, you are getting stronger already. Fear is like a waterfall and it says to you,” you won’t make it,” but know that you are God’s biggest deal. Today put on a movie of self and victory in your mind. See your family restored and discipline your thoughts not to fail or become a victim of circumstance. Don’t let your imagination run wild, when negative thoughts come feed your mind with a positive activity and use the energy to believe not to worry. In spite of your weakness all that has happened, God sees you as a winner, a person of potential and what you shall become. With God nothing is

impossible he can refuel your car even when the yellow light is on and make you reach your destination. God wants to show you a good prosperous future if you can only believe and if God be for you who can be against you. The psalmist David says,” Lord you prepare a table in the midst of my enemies.” You need the grace and love of God to move into a new dimension of faith and be a victor not a victim. When you hear about the famous word recession, know that no money has left this earth; it is just in the wrong hands. Recession is a time God wants you to receive your miracle. Don’t expect a harvest wait for God’s instruction and sow a seed in the middle of a recession. Refuse to be part of the recession and confess daily that there is no recession. I’m reminded of a story of a woman who always thought someone had entered their home every night. So every night she asked the husband to go and check if someone was in the house and this went on for years. One night she told the husband to go and check as she thought she heard someone .As the husband looked through the key hole the robber pointed a gun right through the hole and the man could just see the barrel of the gum. Then the robber spoke from the other side of the door. “Keep quiet and open the door.” The man opened the

door and the robber took all the valuables in the house. As he was about to leave the husband said,â&#x20AC;? sir wait I want you to meet my wife has been expecting you for 30 years.â&#x20AC;? Just like the woman in the story many fail in life because of what they negatively expect.

Conceive It From The Inside You cannot conceive a dream in the midst of chaos; you need a quiet place where the spirit can flow calmly. You need to find that quiet place where your conceived dream can be birthed. It may be in a barn to start up a 20 aches horse farm; it might be that you need to dwell in shelter of the most high that will bring your rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Stop telling people how big your problem is and start telling them how big your God is. There is a flow of men and women who know how to conceive it from the inside and have the desire to grow. There is a season of manifestation where you need to deliver your dream, vision and aspirations. Just like a pregnant mother, she is the only one who knows she is pregnant. You are the only person carrying that dream conceived from the inside and know that every business has a time to manifest or give birth to increase.

A good Sheppard has the ability to make the sheep have a good life. Just like the psalmist once declared,”The Lord is my Shepard, I shall not want.” When you have a good Shepard there is no lack, all your needs are fulfilled. “He makes me lie down in green pastures”. You can make a plant grow, but if you put it in a good and right environment it shall grow to become good pastures. An average person wants to enjoy life; their job and what is important are the ingredients that make people growing in an environment. What you conceive inside is usually influenced by culture and has a profound influence on performance. Even in the animal kingdom when a lion is caged in a zoo its culture is distorted as it becomes dependant on man for food and it can’t hunt for itself; but when released in the wild which is changing the environment the lion takes up its natural character of being a hunter. You must develop yourself to see further and God will build your capacity to see when you close your eyes. See more when you close your eyes, joy comes in the morning and God has planted a seed in your life . A seed for you to see when you close your eyes, visualise, maximise your inner potential and dream big in the area of living your dream. Vision is the capacity to see further than what the eyes can see. Dr Bishop Joe Imakando founder of Bread of Life International once narrated a story of a man in Jamaica who once cut several logs and just kept them. Another man came and asked for one

log and curved it into a nice bird. The man who gave him the log saw this nice curved bird and asked him to sell it to him. The difference between losers and winners is the ability to see. Winners see further than what the eyes can see. A lot of what we ask for is for immediate use and consumption. We need to start asking for something than will change our lives. My brother in law Dr Elijah Mukhala once asked this question at one of my book launches, â&#x20AC;&#x153; In countries where you find mini bus conductors there is a certain age limit to being a conductor, the question is where do these conductors go when they grow up and pass that age?â&#x20AC;? When you conceive a plan, desire or that dream becomes the most important time of your life. Just be careful not to idolise your dream by not doing something about it. Iâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;m reminded of a story of a man who was about to retire and called all his managers to come to his office. He gave all his manager a seed to plant it and bring back a grown plant in a pot in two weeks. One of the young men planted the seed and nothing was geminating. When the two weeks had elapsed the other men came and brought beautiful plants. The man about to retire called all of them and then announced that the young man whose plant did not grow would

become his successor. He told them that he has actually given all of them boiled seeds. See more when you close your eyes, King Solomon a man who had 700 wives and 300 concubines at one time offered as a sacrifice to God One thousand cows as burnet offering. When God asked him what he wanted he asked for wisdom, the end result was that God blessed him with riches. Today also ask for wisdom so that you can be able to make good business decisions that will bring increase and wealth in your life. The more you love the more you give and you need to be an influencer, be able to deliver and give birth to your dream. Today enlarge your territory, influence, desire and stay away from evil. Your miracles are just on your doorstep open the door and receive your breakthrough. You have to learn how to celebrate the sacrifice of the cross.

People will turn to witchcraft influenced by movies that are turning our kids to have interest in witchcraft, astronomy, books like “Wicca”. Occult where we see people coming up with funny claims and calling themselves the “I AM” and some claiming to be the Lamb of God. The only Messiah is the one to whom every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that he is Lord.

2. Signs of War The world today is full of secret and we observe some state that are in the nuclear club:

(a) Designated Weapons State

These are United States, Russia, United Kingdom, France and China.

(b) Known or Believed Posses Nuclear Weapons

Research shows that some of the countries believed to possess nuclear weapons are India, Israel, North Korea, Pakistan and Iran.

(c.) Russia’s Secret Cities These have enough plutonium to enable manufacturing of one nuclear bomb every three days.

Jesus Christ will come when the world has capacity to destroy itself. Revelation 11:18 ‘the nations were angry; and your wrath has come. The time has come for judging the dead, and for rewarding your servants and prophets and you saints and those who reverence your name both small and great-and for destroying those who destroy the earth” There is hope for the world Jesus is coming soon.

3. Sign In The World of Nature When you switch on your television and listen and watched the news what is the first thing you hear? You hear about destruction to our planet earth, pollution, earthquakes, global warming, cyclones, Tsunami’s.

Famine This brings about hunger and today we see children crying. Reports show that food shortages are in about 38 countries of the world. One Sixth people of the world population are under malnourished. About 10,000 people die per day because of starvation which is about 3.5 million per year. Our Land potential to produce food is reducing while population is growing and over 100,000 square kilometres of arable land is lost each year.

Pestilence A pestilence is a strange disease which afflicts human beings, crops and the environment. You spread you crops with pesticide and about 2.4 Billion pounds of toxic pollutants causing an estimated 50,000 - 120,000 premature deaths each year. Another form of pestilence is disease that is springing up around the world. We hear of Mad Cow Disease, Bird Flu, Marbling virus, Lyme s Disease. About 100 years ago there was no HIV& AIDS in Africa. First ever record of HIV/AIDS was in 1980 and ever since this has become a future terrorist in families.

Earthquakes We have seen increase in the occurrence of earthquakes around the world one report shows that there are about 35 earthquakes per day which is approximately 12,000 to 14,000 per year. When you visit the internet which is a global network of computer networks or the World Wide Web which is a way of organising and viewing the information that is shared across the internet, you will be amazed what you find on earthquakes. So when you interact with the internet you are actually working with the web. While the internet

is the underlying networking infrastructure that allows it all to happen.

In the 1990’s there was reports of Cyclones, Tsunamis, Forest Fires, Floods and Tornados, the very ground under one feet is shaken. One example is the Asia Tsunami December 26th 2004. This was a 9.1 magnitude earthquake. Over 230,000 people were killed and it caused Indescribable damage. In 2005 there was the Atlantic Hurricane season most named storms in history, it was called Hurricane Katrina.

Today we see people play around with a very important institution called marriage, in Mathew 24:38 we see one account that happened in the days of Noah. “For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark. There is a terrorist that is attacking marriages today called moral decay. In Hollywood people can even marry and divorce same day, one Zambian musician Wille sung a song that says “you have marriage for breakfast and divorce for dinner”. Marriage has been defined as a belt, 50% -75% of all marriages end up in divorce. Crime is also on the rise. ” The LORD saw how great man’s wickedness on earth had become, and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time. The LORD was grieved that he had made man on the earth, and his heart was filled with pain.” Genesis 6:5-6

Their corrosion will testify against you and eat your flesh like fire. You have hoarded wealth in the last days.” James 5:1-3

Chapter Nine Personal Power

A team of scientists did an experiment where they placed a lamb in a wire fence and put electric shock pans with food in them. Every time the lamb went to a pan to eat scientists would shock it and the lamb would run and never go back to the same pan. In the end after attempting to eat in several pans it got so stressed and died of a heart attack. The scientist then put a twin lamb together with its mother and did the same experiment. This time when the lamb was shocked it would run to its mother for comfort and then return back to the same pan. This lamb never got stressed and the observation was that we all need a shoulder to cry on in those stormy days to relieve stress be it in

your marriage, relationship, school, church or at work. Who bears your burdens? Who can handle our guilt when we know we have done wrong or broken the law? Who washes us clean from fear, anxiety, rejection, self-pit and shame? When I have sinned? Where do I find security? Where can I find a place of refuge? There is a King who says come to me all that have heavy burdens and I will give you rest. He is the first born of the dead; he has conquered death the strongest enemy ever known to man. He rolled the stone of death on his grave, he can also roll every stone in your life. He is ruler over the kings of the earth and washes us from sin and he is the powerful saviour. He is the lamb that was slain and sacrificed so that you and I can be free.

Success Formula Many businesspeople achieve their greatest successes in unexpected areas. They begin a business and then they find that it isn't as profitable as they had anticipated, so they change direction, using their experience and their momentum, and strike pay dates in something else.

Tips The most important thing is to begin, to take action. To move forward one step at a time, learning and growing as you go: -

Use your current job as a springboard to later success. Learn while you earn. Take the long view.

Experiment in business on a limited scale so you can learn the key abilities necessary for success. Search for problems, needs unmet, products or services you can supply of good quality at reasonable prices. Read everything you can find on your chosen field. Remain flexible. Be willing to change your mind if you get different information. Implement your plans with courage and persistence. Have complete faith in your ability to succeed and never, never give up.

Action Exercises Now, here are two actions you can take immediately to start moving toward entrepreneurial success: -

First, set a goal, make a plan and then launch your plan. Get started. Do something. Begin on a small scale with limited risk and investment but get going! Second, resolve that, no matter what happens, you will never, never give up until you are successful.

Before you accomplish anything worthwhile, you will have to pass the persistence test. And the test will come far sooner than you imagine.

Practice Being A Child Remember the master teacher once said 2000 years ago, "Unless you can become like little children, your chances are zero, you haven't got a prayer." A major consideration for adults. Be like children and remember there are four ways to be more like a child no matter how old you get

Curiosity Be curious. Childish curiosity. Learn to be curious like a child. What will kids do if they want to know something bad enough? You're right. They will bug you. Kids can ask a million questions. You think they're through. They've got another million. They will keep plaguing you. They can drive you right to the brink. Also kids use their curiosity to learn. Have you ever noticed that while adults are stepping on ants,

children are studying them? A child's curiosity is what helps them to reach, learn and grow.

Excitement Learn to get excited like a child. There is nothing that has more magic than childish excitement. So excited you hate to go to bed at night. Can't wait to get up in the morning. So excited that you're about to explode. How can anyone resist that kind of childish magic? Now, once in awhile I meet someone who says, "Well, I'm a little too mature for all that childish excitement." Isn't that pitiful? You've got to weep for these kinds of people. All I've got to say is, "If you're too old to get excited, you're old." Don't get that old.

Faith Faith like a child. Faith is childish. How else would you describe it? Some people say, "Let's be adult about it." Oh no. No. Adults too often have a tendency to be overly skeptical. Some adults even have a tendency to be cynical. Adults say, "Yeah. I've heard that old positive line before. It will be a long day in June before I fall for that positive line. You've got to prove to me it's any good." See, that's adult, but kids aren't that way. Kids think you can

get anything. They are really funny. You tell kids, "We're going to have three swimming pools." And they say, "Yeah. Three. One each. Stay out of my swimming pool." See, they start dividing them up right away, but adults are not like that. Adults say, "Three swimming pools? You're out of your mind. Most people don't even have one swimming pool. You'll be lucky to get a tub in the back yard." You notice the difference? No wonder the master teacher said, "Unless you can become like little children, your chances, they're skinny. â&#x20AC;&#x153;

Trust Trust is a childish virtue, but it has great merit. Have you heard the expression "sleep like a baby"? That's it. Childish trust. After you've gotten an A+ for the day, leave it in somebody else's hands. Curiosity, excitement, faith and trust. Wow, what a powerful combination to bring (back) into our lives.

India the second largest nation in the world was visited by two young college students. One

dropped out after visiting India with his friend. He saw many poor people walk with bear feet.What his college friend saw as a problem in India, Tom saw it as a business opportunity.Tomâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s vision created a business out of a problem. Within one year he became a multi Multi millionaire for selling cheap rubber plastic shoes in India. His full name Tom MacCain invented was Tom McCain. cheap plastic shoes after seeing many people walking with bear feet. Every problem is a business opportunity and every business is a solution to a problem. I did this presentation on 30th December 2009 at my book launch which was held at The Court Yard Hotel, Lusaka Zambia and this became a reality. I was given TV and radio coverage and people started phoning in and sending text messages to find out how they could get their books published. When there is a problem of singleness, men and women start up relationships, marriages start emerging and the problem is solved. Some even do short cuts with the new age word called staying together (nonsense) that is cohabiting or fornication. We encourage men and women to follow the Godly kind of marriage and only stay together after marriage. This is a very serious issue where even in the body of Christ marriage has been cheapened; you find a choir master or leader staying with a sister in the Lord before marriage. What spirit are they transferring to the church every Sunday? Repent for the end is near. Computers at one time were the size of the room you are in as you read this book; this was called MAIN FRAME COMPUTERS. This was a problem especially when companies wanted to relocate. A

college student by the name of Steven Jobbs solved this problem and created what we now call the Desk Top Computers. What one saw as a problem became a business opportunity and desk top computers are sold throughout the world. Another interesting entrepreneurship story: Walt Disney had a vision to start Disneyland a place where fictional places and people would tangibly come to life. Walt Disneyâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s vision became a reality and had his first Disneyland in California USA. Martin Luther King had a dream that led to the change of the course of history of present day America. For the first time in the history of America a black man took over power as President of the United States that is a dream come true. Nelson Mandela had a dream to see the end of Apartheid in South Africa. Today you can walk and smile freely in the streets of South Africa as scripture has been fulfilled there is neither Greek or Jew, male or female, black or white for we are all one in Christ Jesus. I also have a dream to usher you into Gods Financial plan and lead many to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

What is your dream? Today I challenge you to rekindle that dream! get a piece of paper and write down what you want to achieve this year. Surrender it to God, act upon it, work towards it and God will do the rest. This is a year of fruitfulness stand up and be counted. You have been sad for too long, your wife has been unhappy for too long start loving her and shower her with roses. Your son has been away for too long without talking to you, pick up the phone and tell them you love them. You have carried that unforgiveness for too long for the person who hurt you so bad when you were a child whom you trusted, maybe an uncle or cousin abused you sexually and you have carried that pain for too long. Today find it in your heart to say I forgive them. When you forgive you release yourself from certain bondages. May be you were abused in your previous relationship or marriage its time you forgave your fiancĂŠ or boyfriend, wife or husband. Maybe your husband has just started business and too much money has led him to start having extra marital

affairs. Today God is do a switch, your pain, hurt, fear; shame shall not be your portion. He is raising you this year and maybe you have been praying for a child in your wonderful marriage the shells of barrenness are falling right now as you read this book, Be free in Jesus name! May be you are in prison and you were falsely accused, a switch is going to happen in your life and the correct judgment shall be passed.
