LED-Technologie in der italienischen Tradition

Tutti gli apparecchi di illuminazione che fanno parte della nuova collezione “Murano” hanno come peculiarità la tipologia di produzione dei diffusori che a prescindere dalle loro forme sono prodotti mediante un processo produttivo veneziano di soffiatura a bocca e “molatura” manuale tipica della tradizione italiana. Lo storico capitolato veneziano prevede per la produzione di questi diffusori da tre a quattro diverse “levate di vetro fuso” (strati): un primo strato esterno di vetro trasparente, un secondo strato in vetro colorato (se il vetro non ha finitura opale) uno strato di vetro intermedio “bianco latte” ed un ultimo strato di contenimento di vetro trasparente. Questo particolare processo produttivo permetteva al maestro vetraio di parecchi secoli fa ed al progettista di oggi di giocare con i colori della luce emessa da una qualsiasi sorgente luminosa creando atmosfera ed emozione; ad esempio con un diffusore color sabbia si ottiene una emissione di luce diffusa colorata ed una emissione di luce diretta di colore bianco caldo (2700/2800°K). Tutti i diffusori di questa nuova collezione possono quindi fregiarsi della definizione di vetro “incamiciato” che conferisce al manufatto una elevata qualità estetica che dura nel tempo e non da meno di aumentare pesantemente la propria resistenza meccanica ad urti o sollecitazioni meccaniche. Anche le operazioni di taglio e foratura, sono rigorosamente eseguite a mano e solo dopo aver fatto riposare i manufatti per qualche ora in forni che, variando la temperatura, ne distendono le fibre interne. Facile quindi intuire che questo affascinante processo produttivo così come la limitata capacità produttiva giornaliera delle vetrerie venete, rende questo oggetto prezioso perché eseguito in completa assenza di automazione ed eventuali difetti estetici (piccole bolle, corde o sassolini) sono imputabili alla completa manualità della produzione.

Regardless of their shape, all the lamp shades of our new Murano collection are manufactured using a traditionally Italian, Venetian process, in which they are mouth-blown and hand ground. The historic Venetian production technique for the production of these shades involves three to four different „gathers of molten glass“ (layers): an initial outermost layer of clear glass, a second coloured glass layer (if the glass does not have an opalescent finish), an intermediate, milk-white glass layer and a final containment layer of clear glass. Just as the master glassblowers of several centuries ago, this particular production process allows today‘s designer to play with the light colours from any source, creating ambience and stimulating emotions; for example, a sandcoloured shade can produce a diffuse coloured light and a warm white light direct emission (2700/2800°K). All the shades of this new collection can therefore boast having „flashing“ glass which gives the products great visual impact that also greatly increases its capability to withstand impacts or mechanical stress. The cutting and drilling are strictly performed by hand and only after heating the artworks in ovens for a few hours, so the heat relaxes their internal fibres. Clearly, this fascinating manufacturing process and the limited daily output of Venetian glassblowers, make these objects precious, since they are done completely without automation. Any cosmetic defects (small bubbles, striations or inclusions) are attributable to the completely manual production method.

Alle Leuchten, die zur neuen Kollektion „Murano“ gehören, haben die Besonderheit des Produktionsverfahrens der Diffusoren, die unabhängig von ihren Formen nach einem venezianischen Herstellungsverfahren mundgeblasen und von Hand geschliffen werden, das für die italienische Tradition typisch ist. Das historische venezianische Verfahren sieht für die Produktion dieser Diffusoren drei bis vier unterschiedliche Schichten geschmolzenen Glases vor: Eine erste äußere Schicht aus durchsichtigem Glas, eine zweite Schicht aus farbigem Glas (wenn das Glas kein opales Finish hat), eine Zwischenschicht aus „milchweißem“ Glas und eine letzte Schicht aus durchsichtigem Glas. Dieser besondere Herstellungsprozess ermöglichte dem Glasbläsermeister vor vielen Jahrhunderten ebenso wie dem Planer von heute, mit den Farben des von einer beliebigen Lichtquelle ausgegebenen Lichts zu spielen und so Atmosphäre und Emotionen zu erzeugen; mit einem sandfarbenen Diffusor wird zum Beispiel die Ausgabe diffusen farbigen Lichts und direkten warmweißen Lichts (2700/2800°K) erreicht. Alle Diffusoren dieser neuen Kollektion können sich daher mit der Deﬁnition „ummanteltes“ Glas schmücken, was dem Produkt eine hohe ästhetische Qualität verleiht, die über die Zeit bestehen bleibt, sowie seine Stoßfestigkeit und Beständigkeit gegen mechanische Beanspruchungen stark erhöht. Auch das Schneiden und Bohren erfolgt ausschließlich von Hand und erst nachdem die Produkte einige Stunden in Öfen geruht haben, die durch Änderung der Temperatur dessen innere Fasern glätten. Es ist daher leicht zu erahnen, dass dieses faszinierende Herstellungsverfahren sowie die begrenzte tägliche Produktionskapazität der venezianischen Glasbläsereien diesem Produkt einen besonderen Wert verleiht, da es völlig ohne Automatisierung erfolgt und eventuell vorhandene Schönheitsfehler (kleine Blasen, Schlieren oder Steinchen) auf die vollständig manuelle Herstellung zurückzuführen sind.

Free-standing lamp with diffused light for indoor applications. Crystal glass body with dual aesthetic finish: the first half (base) is super glossy clear, while the second half (the illuminated part) is lacquered with matte white. This hand made work, produced by the historic Venetian production process of mouth blowing and manual finishing, is hand polished with acid and hand painted with a „iquid based process specifically for glass. The top part is lighted by multiple colours generated by a Power LED source with colour changing also known as RGB technology, located inside the device. With its easy-to-program colour changing device, designed and manufactured by LC RELCO, you can quickly add excitement to your rooms with a few simple touches. The lamp is provided with a cable assembly with an RGB adjustment device, manufactured by LC RELCO, and the control elements and mains cable are transparent.

Leuchte mit Standfuß für diffuses Licht in Innenräumen. Körper aus Kristallglas mit doppeltem Finish, die erste Hälfte durchsichtig hochglanz (Standfuß), die zweite Hälfte mattweiß lackiert (Beleuchtungsteil). Das Produkt, das im historischen venezianischen Herstellungsverfahren mundgeblasen und handgeschliffen wird, wird von Hand säurepoliert und handwerklich in einem speziellen Verfahren für Glas ﬂüssig lackiert. Der obere Teil wird in zahlreichen Farben beleuchtet, die durch eine „Power LED“ Farbwechsel-Leuchtquelle erzeugt werden, die auch als „RGB-Technologie“ bekannt ist und im Innern der Leuchte untergebracht ist. Durch die einfache Programmierung der Farbwechselvorrichtung, von LC RELCO entwickelt und hergestellt, können in wenigen Augenblicken und mit wenigen Sequenzen „Emotionen“ in Ihren Wohnräumen erzeugt werden. Die Leuchte vervollständigen ein Elektrokabel mit RGB-Regler, hergestellt von LC RELCO, und Elemente für Regelung / Netzanschluss mit transparentem Finish.

Funzionamento RGB: tenendo premuto il pulsante si avrà la regolazione RGB. Con pressione breve si ottiene invece il fermo colore, lo spegnimento e l’accensione. Tenendo premuto il pulsante per un tempo >20sec. si entra inﬁne nella modalità “regolazione continua ciclica”, nella quale i colori variano autonomamente; in questa condizione premendo brevemente il pulsante, la regolazione si ferma e viene memorizzata.

RGB operation: pressing and holding the button turns on the RGB control. Then, each short press of the button turns the lamp on and off at a given colour; pressing the button for >20 seconds activates a continuous cycle that alternates the colours; pressing the button quickly during this cycle stops the control and stores it.

RGB-Betrieb: Durch längere Betätigung der Taste wird die RGB-Regelung aktiviert. Durch kurzes Drücken wird die Lampe, ohne die Farbe zu verändern, aus- und eingeschaltet. Durch eine Tastenbetätigung von >20 Sekunden wird die zyklische Dauerregelfunktion aufgerufen, die automatisch die Farben variiert. Wird die Taste in diesem Zustand kurz gedrückt, stoppt die Regelung und wird gespeichert.

Apparecchio di illuminazione da appoggio a luce diffusa per applicazioni da interno. Corpo in vetro cristallo con doppia finitura estetica; trasparente super lucida la prima metà (parte di appoggio) verniciata di colore bianco opaco la seconda metà (parte illuminata). Il manufatto, prodotto mediante lo storico processo produttivo veneziano di soffiatura a bocca e molatura manuale, viene lucidato ad acido manualmente e sempre artigianalmente, verniciato con processo a “liquido” specifico per il vetro. La parte superiore viene illuminata dai molteplici colori generati da una fonte “Power LED” “cambia colore” meglio conosciuta come “tecnologia a RGB” collocata all’interno dell’apparecchio. La facile programmazione del dispositivo “cambia colore”, progettato e prodotto da LC RELCO, consente in pochi istanti e con pochissime sequenze di creare “emozioni” all’interno dei vostri ambienti. Completano l’apparecchio di illuminazione un assieme cavo elettrico con dispositivo di regolazione RGB, prodotto dalla LC RELCO, ed elementi di regolazione / connessione alla rete hanno finitura trasparente.

Free-standing lamp with diffused light for indoor applications. The shade is made of opal white incamiciato glass with brushed ﬁnish, is produced using the historic Venetian production mouth blowing process, and has a closed semi-spherical shape. The concave shape of its top also makes this hand made product usable as a storage plate, in addition to its normal function of conventional lamp with any illuminated objects; in addition, its special design combines perfectly with light both when lighted by warm white Power LEDs and when lighted by the multiple colors generated by a Power LED source with colour changing also known as RGB technology. In the latter case, with its easy-to-program colour changing device, designed and produced by LC RELCO, you can quickly add “excitement” in rooms quickly with a few simple touches. The lamp is completed by a moulded metal base painted in glossy white and a cable assembly with LC RELCO dimmer for the versions with only white light, or a cable assembly with RGB adjustment device, manufactured by LC RELCO; both versions have transparent mains cables. Internal and external cleaning of the shade and regular maintenance of the lamp is facilitated by a mechanical latch that releases it from its electrical base.

Durch die obere konkave Ausformung kann das Produkt auch als Ablage benutzt werden, nicht nur wie eine herkömmliche Leuchte mit eventuell beleuchteten Objekten; außerdem verbindet sich sein besonderes Design perfekt mit dem Licht, sowohl, wenn es durch eine „Power LED“ Lichtquelle mit warmweißem Licht beleuchtet wird, als auch wenn es durch die zahlreichen Farben erleuchtet wird, die durch eine „Power LED“ Farbwechsel-Leuchtquelle erzeugt werden, auch als „RGB-Technologie“ bekannt. Im letzteren Fall können durch die einfache Programmierung der Farbwechselvorrichtung, von LC RELCO entwickelt und hergestellt, in wenigen Augenblicken und mit wenigen Sequenzen „Emotionen“ in Ihren Wohnräumen erzeugt werden. Die Leuchte wird vervollständigt durch einen in weiß hochglanzlackierten Sockel aus Metalldruckguss und ein Elektrokabel mit Lichtstärkeregler von LC RELCO in den Versionen nur mit weißem Licht, oder Elektrokabel mit RGB-Regler, hergestellt von LC RELCO; in beiden Versionen haben die Netzanschlusselemente ein transparentes Finish. Die Reinigung des Diffusors von innen und außen und die ordentliche Wartung der Leuchte sind gewährleistet durch eine mechanische Vorrichtung zum Auslösen des Diffusors aus der elektrischen Fassung.

La sagomatura concava superiore rende anche utilizzabile il manufatto come porta oggetti, oltre alla normale funzione d’apparecchio d’illuminazione tradizionale con eventuali oggetti illuminati; inoltre il suo particolare design trova la perfetta coniugazione con la luce sia quando viene illuminato da fonte “Power LED” a luce bianco caldo sia quando viene illuminata dai molteplici colori generati da una fonte “Power LED” “cambia colore” meglio conosciuta come “tecnologia a RGB”. In quest’ultimo caso, la facile programmazione del dispositivo “cambia colore”, progettato e prodotto da LC RELCO, consente in pochi istanti e con pochissime sequenze di creare “emozioni” all’interno degli ambienti. Completano l’apparecchio di illuminazione una basetta in metallo stampato verniciata di colore bianco lucido ed un assieme cavo elettrico con regolatore di intensità luminosa LC RELCO nelle versioni a sole luce bianca, oppure assieme cavo elettrico con dispositivo di regolazione RGB, prodotto dalla LC RELCO; in entrambe le versioni gli elementi di connessione alla rete hanno finitura trasparente. La pulizia interna ed esterna del diffusore e la manutenzione ordinaria dell’apparecchio sono garantite da un dispositivo meccanico di sgancio del diffusore stesso dalla montatura elettrica.

Mechanical device for multiple suspension of “MURANO” lighting appliances Mechanical accessory that can suspend up to four lighting appliances of the “MURANO” line. It is composed of a mechanical connection equipped with strain relief, mechanical rope tighteners, double connection terminals to the mains power supply for separate lighting and a metal cover painted matt white. It can only be used with items in the JERI S and JANET S series.

The structure, liquid painted in silver, is composed of a mechanically cut and processed steel sheet base, supporting rod and steel diffuser stand. It is possible to clean the diffuser, inside and out, and perform routine maintenance on the device using a quick-release mechanism that detaches the diffuser from the structure.
