THE PROBLEM.


The main problem Go Bike wants to focus on is the congestion around campus with cars backed up on almost every street. Students face the hassle of bringing their own bikes to campus and locking them – with the possibility of it being stolen.

TARGET DEMOGRAPHIC Experts say that university campuses are ideal for the systems, saving students the hassle of bringing bikes to campus. The main market to target would be freshman-seniors, ages 18-24, because they make up primarily all of campus. Our secondary market would be faculty and staff.



WHAT WE WANT TO SEE. In the end, Go Bike would like to see an overall value created from a campus bike share. The branding of this service would allow for a brand resonance which would help this service really grow to its maximum capacity and potentially grown to other campuses.
