MATERIALS Color printer Heavyweight paper (we suggest 65-pound cardstock) • Cutting tools • Glue • Glitter glue • •
Note: Cutting intended for grown-ups only.
INSTRUCTIONS 1
Print both pages of the hat on heavyweight paper. Print enough so each guest gets a hat. Set aside to dry.

Cut out all the pieces of the hat just inside the dotted lines. Glue the ends of the long strip together creating a cylinder within the green 1⁄2-inch space as indicated.

Fold the black tabs outward and the green tabs inward. Using glue on the tabs, attach the bigger ring on the bottom of the cylinder strip, and the smaller ring to the top of the cylinder strip.

Once the glue is dry, write the party goers’ names on the hats so it serves as both decoration and a name card!
