Customize the inside of the thank-you note by typing names in the spaces provided. Then print both pages of the note on heavyweight paper and set aside to dry.
Paste the front and back of the notes together using glue.

Cut out both sides of the note just inside the dotted lines.
Carefully fold the note in half and send out your thank-you notes to all of your guests!
