Secrets To A Long D i s t a n c e R e lat i o n s h i p Relationships!! Oh boy are they already difficult and to add the strain of long distance can make it significantly harder. But if two people love each other enough, then distance shouldn't matter, right? Well not quite, despite all the ways technology can help us stay in touch, long distance relationships frequently fail for numerous reasons. Communication the biggest barrier of long-distance relationships is the lack of it.Communication can and will ruin a relationship a relationship; it’s not based on the emotional and physical intimacy, but also the ability to resolve conflicts. It’s easier when you can see your partner's facial expressions and non-verbal communication. Phone, text, email, Skype, Morse code (kidding) Instant Messaging, and Facebook are a few ways to communicate but it will be hard to read body-language. Loneliness will happen but it is important that you acknowledge and attempt to alleviate those feelings. Phone sex works wonders! chemistry needed. So physical chemistry is important, plan to see each other as often as possible, got that? It's not easy and both partners need to commit equally but in the end you might be grateful that you did. so, they say right? You want the real deal nothing beats chemistry with your boyfriend/girlfriend. A simple touch keeps you both happy; when there is no connection it’s harder to feel the love.

6

This is when most people start to look elsewhere, to those who will give them that So you’ve been in the relationship for awhile now and then the “Trust” factor wiggles its way in, truth is over time the relationship decreases confidence and experience degradation, no secret each individual becomes their own person and have their own life to live, roles in the relationship changes. The green monster-Jealousy- will make an appearance, new friends will erupt fights. Fights are already a head ache, so prepare for these changes, it’s important for both partners to commit on becoming trustworthy and trusting. The entire goal is for one or both of you to relocate to be together and, if you have trust in each other, you can get there. If you are in a long distance relationships remember to stick to the goals you both had in mind, if the person is worth it then you are working towards something.Your words are your bond, never make promises or agree to goals you each cannot keep. Keep the relationship honest, and it will last. Things won't always go according to the plan you've set so it is important to anticipate changes and deal with them together as they come up. While, absence may make the heart grow fonder.

Tears From The Sky

“I’m tired of our game seems you have all the pieces and I’m going insane” truth is she had already left but was hanging on a part of my heartwas attached to a thread she pulled at cause you though I was going too far of all the wounds that was the deepest scar I jerk out of her grasp and laugh “girl let me go”

The sky is crying An ugly shade The colors on our portrait Fade to a dying Grey And run down the frame Never to exist Nothing left to see Nothing to reminisce I should have seen it coming I had a weakness for your Light skin Green eyes Small hips Big thighs I have given us my all….. As she walks toward me in funeral clothes The sky is crying her heels splash in the rain she stops close enough to see why my face is covered in pain looks into my eyes then down into my left hand here we stand over my beating heart knife in my right hand heated with my anger I swing down toward my own organ

the rain seems to amplify the pain it hits and I grit my teeth I break the surface and cut deeper Memories pour out and turn into that shade that ugly grey…… she grabs my hand cause she can’t stand to see the part of me that loved her be tossed aside “baby no…..” fire’s in my eyes

drive the knife though my own heart in my grasp blood’s everywhere the life fades from my face as piece of me falls from grace and as it vacates sorrow rushes to takes its place I just stare at the piece of me I had to let go of... regret sets in I shouldn’t have….. I couldn’t have…… what am I doing? I miss it already vision starts to blur this load is heavy i pick up that piece of me still warm and pulsating and heave it at the one that loved it the most it falls short and bounces to her shoes she looks at me in disbelief our eyes meet hers are full of hurt and guilt mine are empty I’ve destroyed what we’ve built raindrops from her soul run down her face now and my own as she picks up the piece and walk past me my knees crumple hands shake as i fall to the wet ground my own heart I did break as I lie clutching what’s left I can only wonder if it was a mistake….. So, instead of high fructose corn syrup, natural candy tends to have regular white cane sugar, which is making a comeback. Honey, molasses and agave nectar are other sweeteners people look for. Natural candy tends to have less sugar than regular brands, which are often little more than sugar plus artificial flavors and colors, to make up for the lack of sugar, the candy often contains more fruit, nuts, more cacao in the chocolate, better oils, and whole grains.

Your probably wondering about the title “Love Sick”, well have you ever eaten so much candy you actually did get sick? I have numerous times, I just LOVE candy. Even if you’re not someone who regularly eats candy, you might still grab a chocolate bar or a couple of gummy bears at your local convenient store and feel OK about eating it. After all, it’s good for you— right?

There are great artificial candies, but you might not think there could be animal products in the candy you are eating, but if you can make sense of the ingredients list, you might be surprised. Gelatin is the big one, but casein (caseinate) and lactose (from milk) and lecithin and albumin (from eggs) can be hidden in candy. No one really reads the ingredients on candy packs; this is a huge factor for those who are vegetarians or who practice a religious belief, make note of the treats you eat. For those like me who adore candy, eat as much as you like and treat yourself.

Well recently the buzz has been that “Candy” is not healthy for you, regardless artificial or natural-branded candy has come along way. You can find green tea-infused organic dark chocolate, Vitamin C-fortified gummy bears, but not everybody will go for that, most people will grab the closest Snicker chocolate bar. A lot of people want to avoid artificial colors and flavors but what is “Natural”. Natural candy is colored with vegetable dyes, which are still concentrated in a laboratory that’s concocted in a laboratory, but made from beets, annatto and anthocyanins, the flavors are derived from non-petroleum sources. Pretty crazy- right?

Drink Up! How Much Should You Drink? No, we are not talking about “booze” we are talking about the lovely H20 (WATER). It’s obvious water, the most essential thing for the body, not many consume it. It’s crucial for everyone to drink lots of it, especially the very active one. Generally, the average person is not 100 percent hydrated. Add exercise and a warm climate, and it spells dehydration in a big way. Never depend on thirst as a signal, your body's drive to drink is not nearly as powerful as its drive to eat, and the thirst mechanism is even less powerful during exercise. Therefore, you must plan to drink early and often.

How Much Should I Drink?

What Should I Drink while exercising?

Before exercise: Drink one to two cups (eight to 16 ounces) of fluid two hours before exercise to make sure you are well hydrated. Then drink another one-half to one cup immediately before exercise.

After exercise we question if we should reach for a water bottle after exercise or should we hydrate with a sports drink? Well it all depends on how much and how hard you exercise--and how much you like water! The ideal fluid replacement beverage should encourage fluid consumption and promote fluid absorption. If you exercise less than one hour, water should be fine. If you exercise longer than one hour, the fluid should also supply energy to your working muscles. In this case, drink about two to four cups. If you are participating in an ultra-endurance event that lasts four hours or more, you should consume a sports drink that contains sodium. If you are just an average exerciser, you might think sodium in drinks is just a waste. However, sodium may play a different role for you. Sodium helps your body absorb fluid, and along with sugar, sodium may enhance a drink’s taste, which can encourage you to drink more.

During exercise: Drink one-half to one cup every 15 to 20 minutes during exercise. Although this might seem tough at first, once you schedule it into your regular training routine, you will quickly adapt to having fluid in your stomach. In fact, the fuller your stomach is, the faster it will empty. After exercise: Replace any fluid you have lost. Drink two cups of fluid for every pound of body weight you lose during exercise. In hot, humid weather, you need to drink more than usual. (But do not forget that dehydration also occurs during cold weather exercise--your body temperature rises, and you still lose water through perspiration and respiration.)

Health tips Old habits die hard. If you want to change your habits, you may find it helpful to make realistic and gradual changes one step at a time and at your own pace. It is important to think about what motivates you, what trips you up, and what you enjoy when it comes to eating and activity habits. There is no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” approach.

Fruit Juice Look in the fridge for the juice that is not made from concentrate. You will give yourself more vitamins and nutrients, and thus more energy by making this choice.

Leave out The Meat

A few days try to skip the meat portion from your dinner plate and get an extra serving of vegetables instead. You will learn to appreciate different types of vegetables and ease your palate into recipes that contain more veggies and less meat.

Bring Your Own snack

Make sure you have something to snack on in your office, so that you can avoid expensive and unhealthy snacks from the vending machine. When shopping at the grocery store, simply get yourself some healthy items.

Ditch Sugary Breakfast

If sugar, high-fructose corn syrup or a similar sweetener is among the first ingredients, don’t buy it. Try a cereal with more grains and less sugar instead.

12

Bring Your Own Lunch

Cook a little bit extra at dinner and take the leftovers to work for lunch. If you can’t heat food at your workplace, try to bring your own salad instead.
