Bodyscape (A): Rope Curve Location: Canterbury Cathedral,Canterbury Year: 2012 Type: University Project
In Bodysacpe (B), students are required to survey Canterbury Cathedral and design a device for one person to experience the character of the Cathedral. My design is a special device grafting the wall arcade in the cloisters of the cathedral, which attempt to provide different and comfortable experience of reaching closer and enjoying the beautiful high vault of the cloister by walking through and resting on the curve made by elastic rope.
