If you are finding yourself cravings sugar, chocolate or other sweet high carb foods, have a look at what you are eating in general. Do you have enough protein (lean meat, fish, chicken, nuts, yoghurt, and low fat dairy)? When you are getting enough protein, your blood sugar levels remain stable, you are fuller for longer and you are less likely to crave sweets! How strong are you? How much time do you spend on cardio (running, walking etc) vs. Strength training? Make sure you are including some regular strength building exercises into your sessions to increase your lean muscle tissue and therefore lose body fat easier.
