This project was done on my 4th semester, a studio assignment to design a house and notary's office located in Ciumbuleuit, Bandung. This project was challenging, to combine two completely different activity programs into two buildings but in one site. Mentored by: Ir. Andi Kumala Sakti, MT.
United by Function
There were 2 buildings on one site with facade design type: stereotomic. Private housing located at the back of the site, meanwhile notary office categorized as public area was located at the entrance of the site. To connect both buildings, a corridor was made between them, to create sense of movement for user, while shifting from house to office.

Corridor __
To connect the two building masses, a corridor is designed using natural lighting and atmosphere. With the openings are expected to make users feel comfortable and reduce stress levels when they are leaving for work or returning from work to home.
FRONT ELEVATION From the entrance of the site, the house was seen hidden at the back of the site, to increase the privacy of house user. The office mass building was seen more dominant.
DESIGN KEY POINT
Outdoor Buffering Area __ A small pool and communal area was designed near the office area, for the office user to relieves their stress outside the office. This area has the highest level of humidity, made it the best area to chill.

This project was done on my 6th semester, a studio assignment to design a medium high-rise hotel in Kebon Kawung, Bandung. Located strategically near the Bandung Station, this hotel intended for tourists who just have arrived in Bandung, looking for some place to stay. Mentored by: Deo Mario, ST., M.Arch

Comfort __
There are 4 types of hotel room: Standard Twin, Standard Queen, Deluxe and Suite Room. Each rooms have their own facilities equipped to fulfill the needs of user, especially Deluxe and Suite Room. These rooms got balconies, therefore the user of these rooms will got Bandung city view. These balcony also equipped with small garden, giving a sense of urban green in the midst of city.

Facade __
Hotel facade was designed with organic shapes, with material combination of HPL wood and concrete. A lot of plants were integrated into this architectural design, to create a strong image of urban green. The organic shapes were made by the hotel room’s balcony, which equipped with small garden. These greenery scene was created to made the user feel a sense of comfort while staying at this hotel.

Permainan Anak Nusantara __ This project was done on my last semester, a studio assignment to design a traditional toys museum for kids. The museum was located in Suniaraja, Bandung and was designed for either kids or parents who wants to learn and play with some traditional toys all over Indonesia. Mentored by: Anindhita N. Ulin Kapungkur is a Sundanese phrase meaning “permainan dahulu�. This name is chosen to represent the brand of Museum Permainan Anak Nusantara. Digital era nowadays has caused some kids to lost their motoric and physical skills, causing them to lost interest in traditional games as well. This museum was created for kids to learn and play with traditional games all over Indonesia, and for adults to reminisce with their childhood memories about traditional games they used to play.

Play! __ To create interest for kids to come and play, museum designed with playful concept and plenty color schemes. The idea of the massing design was derived from traditional boat.Traditional boat was used to travel all abroad Indonesia, and in this term was used for kids to travel all abroad Indonesia, while learning some traditional games.

Exhibition area includes selected traditional games from each province of Indonesia, interactive area, traditional house of each province and interactive digital learning area. An outdoor play area was also created, for museum visitor to play outdoor traditional games.

A project between MPM and LKM UNPAR, to design a new student rule book. The minimalist and simple design makes this book interesting to read, not just an ordinary rule book. Project done in 2019. In collaboration with: Media LKM UNPAR 2018/2019, MPM UNPAR 2018/2019

Minimalism __
Theme used for designing this rule book was minimalism, to integrate with the content of this rule book that was simple and formal. To engage more interest from the readers, this book was also designed with MPM UNPAR 2018/2019 official color: teal and mustard. This book was printed in hardcopy and distributed to all faculties at UNPAR, and also published online at UNPAR’s official web.

A project with MPM UNPAR, to design a book of records which includes all the works that has been done by MPM UNPAR 2018/2019. This book was used by the next periode of MPM UNPAR as their guideline book. In collaboration with: MPM UNPAR 2018/2019

This book still had the same theme color as used by MPM UNPAR 2018/2019 color: teal and mustard, but this book was designed with more simplicity, to introduce the member of MPM UNPAR 2018/2019, including their success workplan.

At Sayembara Ikon Sesanti UNPAR, we designed an icon that represents the value of UNPAR, in which could be used for freshmen to understand the value of UNPAR and as a merchandise. Came in 1st Runner Up. In collaboration with: Ardianto Hartono, ST.

Petito Cookies is a home industry business specialized in homemade cookies such as nastar, fruit pies and many more. Petito Cookies started in 2019, with it's branding was done by me and Narativco. The project includes logo design, instagram design and packaging design and product photography.

Stick to it’s cuteness agenda, inspired from Japanese bakery style we integrated Petito Cookies into something cute, appealing with hints of pastel color schemes, something you cannot resist of (besides it’s delicious cookies).

Terosic Woman Apparel is a self-manufactured for women clothing, especially to create a formal look where you can wear it to office or everday style. Terosic aims for basic shirts, for the extraordinary style of yours. Project includes logo design, social media design, and packaging design.

To emphasize Terosic’s character which aim to be basic shirts specialist, we designed Terosic’s social media into something basic, with terracotta color scheme and a hint of pink. Therefore, packaging design for Terosic also created with terracotta color scheme, with basic fonts and a touch of nude colors to be an appealing packaging.

Chinese Restaurant
Foek Lam by Jun Njan was a new concept of Jun Njan Seafood Restaurant, a blend of the old and the new with the introduction of new dishes, new ambience and new image. As the third generation, Foek Lam wishes to carry on the legacy of Jun Njan: to make Jun Njan Seafood Restaurant renowned for many more generations to come. Project includes packaging design and social media design.

Modern Chinese __ To attract the interest of youth generation, basically Foek Lam needs to be fresh, with the touch of modern chinese into its design. In this digital era, social media wins the interest of people, that’s why Foek Lam’s social media needs to be attractive and emphasizes it’s modern chinese values.

SIS PIK Elementary wants to create some memories from their 6 years of elementary studies, and in order to fulfill that we desgined a simple, minimalism and modern yearbook that unlike any other elementary schools' yearbook that still emphasizes the sense of cuteness, we designed something different for the kids in order to welcoming them to the adulthood: something simple and mature.

Maturity __
As time goes by, the elementary students also wanted to remove their sense of cuteness into somthing maturity, that’s why for this yearbook we didn’t create any “kiddy” sense, instead we used the elements of nature to emphasize their wants to be more mature in order to become adults. Combined with pastel colors and soft colors, this yearbook was perfect to reminisce elementary school moments.
