Global Talent – is a brand of the Global Internship programme (internship in foreign company according to the participant background that gives young people to get the international experience as well as to develop the professional skills)

Value of the programme: development of professional skills, new professional experience, increasing competitiveness in the labor market, work in an international team, experience of living for a long time in a foreign country, the opportunity to study additional foreign language, familiarity with the new culture. Programme Duration: 6 to 12 months

Universities presentations, posters and flyers . letter to the official email address of the department describing special offers for graduates and young teachers Email Newsletters from base to employment centers / other organizations at the University Social Network *

* This application should be used primarily for Facebook and LinkedIn Post in a visually drawn TN forms (at the official page of the local committee, pages of partners, pages of relevant groups and events) Daily updates of the official pages of the local committee for the use of thematical post on the profile to attract a larger audience

Offering "grants" for passing professional internships (free participation under certain conditions) Life-long Connection Creation (use existing ) database of people who took part in one of the programs of AIESEC: TMP; TLP; GCDP; GIP). Create Email lists for these people

Presentations to the center management Spreading the information in groups of institution in Facebook Spreading the information on specific educational and informational events for the hotel industry. Work and Travel Cooperation with agencies that organize the program Work & Travel (apreading the information about the programmes of AIESEC among people who did not get a visa in the U.S.)


Promotion Advice


 Choose a focus communication channels  " Sell " specific opportunities rather than the program as a whole

 Print out a large number of flyers at a minimal cost and share them wherever made ​a presentation (universities , external events) . So you leave reminders for yourself and your information .  Always hesitate over the question where there is concentrated a maximum number of people with required profile. Use the principle of 80/20.
