Through events, partnerships, and mentorship, I aim to contribute to the success and empowerment of women in business, fostering a thriving community of like-minded individuals dedicated to making a positive impact in their respective industries.
There have been many significant moments in my life where my instincts were not just whispering, but practically shouting at me to pursue a particular path. As a result, I now lead a team of successful agents and rank among the top producers in the Dallas luxury real estate market.
WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO START YOUR BUSINESS AND BECOME A FEMALE FOUNDER?
The excitement of building a life with purpose inspired me to start my own business and become a female founder. When I was a Pre-Med student at TCU (with full intentions of becoming a Neurogastroenterologist), I learned interesting and applicable theories about human psychology and neuroscience; theories I use and apply almost daily. I graduated with my Pre-Med degree and an active real estate license - the latter after a friend approached me about entering the field of real estate. Young, naive and fearless, I took a leap of faith and started pursuing real estate in Dallas, months after graduation. As a daughter of immigrant parents and business owners, they taught me valuable lessons when it came to business: if you’re going to do something, do it right, and that integrity, honesty, faith and creativity will take you far.
WHAT SETS YOUR BRAND APART FROM COMPETITORS IN YOUR INDUSTRY?
In the highly competitive Dallas luxury real estate market, setting oneself apart from competitors requires a unique blend of professionalism, dedication, and a client-centric approach. I have strategically crafted a brand that embodies these qualities. By placing my clients’ needs at the forefront of every interaction, I ensure their satisfaction and establish long-lasting connections. This approach has yielded remarkable results - 55% of my clients in 2022 were repeat clients. Additionally, I understand the power of referrals in this industry. Approximately 17% of my clients were acquired through outside referral sources, further validating the quality of service I provide. By consistently delivering exceptional experiences, my clients feel compelled to recommend my services to their friends, family, and colleagues.
WHAT IS YOUR VISION FOR THE FUTURE OF YOUR BRAND, AND HOW DO YOU PLAN TO CONTINUE GROWING AND EVOLVING?
GGDALLAS Real Estate Group is poised to establish itself as a prominent force in the real estate industry within Texas. With a vision for exponential growth, I intend to enhance the brand’s reach and reputation by strategically expanding our team, diversifying our portfolio, and venturing into new avenues such as new construction developments, commercial projects, multifamily properties, and even exploring opportunities in hospitality and sales across different states and territories. As the organization flourishes, it is essential for me to nurture not only its professional growth but also its impact on the community. Therefore, I am committed to continuing my passion project: an annual School-Supply Drive that brings immense value to Bridgebuilders of Dallas, an organization I have wholeheartedly supported for over five years.
