Three stages, six opportunities. Housing development doesn’t happen all at once; the three different stages that a site goes through present the six opportunities for young talent to engage with. The home page showcases the three stages of progress through the use of illustration; then on top of this interactive icons are used to highlight the two career paths available at that specific stage. This then shows how an individual can play their part in the Redrow community.

More than just manual labour. Each career path requires different levels of experience and qualifications. The page gives a brief breakdown of the roles and responsibilities that come with each career as well as case studies of young people who have already gone through the process. The page has a direct link to the Redrow website to enable people to find a more detailed and formal description of what it entails.
