3. The Search.
Your agent can help you differentiate between your needs and wants as well as help you determine which type of home will be the best fit for you. Your agent will provide you with detailed information about the neighborhoods you are interested in and coordinate showings of the appropriate properties.
4. The Offer.
Your agent will always act on your behalf. From negotiating the offer, guiding you though the home inspection. Your agent can help guide you through every step offering referrals to trusted professionals including mortgage brokers, title companies, attorneys and home inspectors.
5. The Contract.
Your attorney will review the contract of sale provided by the seller’s attorney to ensure terms are all agreed to and satisfactory prior to signing the contract.
6. From Contract to Close.
Your agent will be by your side through the loan and mortgage commitment process as well as ensuring all parties are on the same page and everything is moving forward smoothly.
7. The Final Walk-through.
A final walk-through is conducted with your agent prior to closing to ensure the property is in the same condition it was at the time of contract.
8. The Closing.
Your real estate attorney and mortgage broker will advise you what you need to bring to the closing. Once everything is signed and the deed is transferred… You Officially Are A Homeowner!
