It was no surprise that Susan chose real estate as her profession considering she is the fourth generation of real estate professionals in her family. With nearly 30 years of real estate experience, coupled with years of experience working in law firms, Susan thrives of forming long term customer relationships and feels it is important to deal with all people with respect, honesty and integrity. Previous to joining Douglas Elliman as a full-time agent, Susan was the Senior Administrator and Lead Negotiator for various law firms over the last 9 years. While working for these law firms that specialized in the complex practice of foreclosure defense litigation and loan modification negotiation, Susan was able to help countless families save their homes from foreclosure. Short sales continue to remain one of her specialties and she still has the uncanny ability to successfully negotiate short sales in short periods of time with banks.
