Following completion of Retrofit Assessor training, you will be eligible to join Elmhurst’s TrustMark approved scheme for Retrofit Assessors.

Online Training

The online Retrofit Assessor Training course offers flexibility, as it is pre-recorded which means you can complete the course in your own time and from wherever you choose!

Classroom Training

The classroom Retrofit Assessor course can be completed over 2 days and is led by one of our expert course tutors. The classroom course is perfect for those who prefer a more interactive/practical approach to learning, and provides an opportunity to ask questions and meet other learners.

As a member of this scheme you can undertake retrofit assessments for domestic properties as part of the PAS 2035 retrofit process.
