Located in the Eastern Caribbean, the islands enjoy direct air access from Miami, New York, London, Toronto and other regional destinations. The modern Robert L. ECONOMIC CITIZENSHIP Under the guidance of a progressive government, St. Kitts and Nevis is emerging to embrace a controlled and well-managed program of tourism-related development, and significant to the nation’s economic expansion is its Citizenship-By-Investment Program. Today, the international demand for second citizenship is at an unprecedented level. The St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship-by-Investment Program (CIP) is the world’s most competitive program in terms of value of travel document versus expected residency. Created in 1984, the St. Kitts & Nevis CIP is the longest established program of its kind in the world and requires a minimum property purchase of $400,000 US in an approved development such as the Marriott Residences. Additional Government processing fees are due depending on the size of the family and upon application, buyers must undergo third-party security and medical checks before approval. Processing time to citizenship ranges from 3 to 6 months.

THE ROYAL ST. KITTS GOLF CLUB The Thomas McBroom-designed Royal St. Kitts golf course is one of the most scenic courses in the Caribbean. With Marriott Golf Management at the helm, golfers can expect excellent course condition and great customer service, and Marriott Residence owners are offered preferred tee times and green fees. The magnificent layout has 125 irrigated acres of lush grass and offers golfers the unique ability to play holes on two different oceans. The 3rd and 4th holes overlook the Caribbean Sea while holes 15, 16 and 17 directly border the Atlantic Ocean. With the predominant wind blowing off the ocean, this 3-hole stretch on the Atlantic side is as tough a closing trio of holes as you can find anywhere in the world. The golf course plays to a Par 71 at 6,900 yards from the championship tees. Offering three other sets of tees, the course presents a challenging and enjoyable experience for every level of player. This extraordinary layout boasts water hazards on 10 holes, 80 bunkers and a multitude of coconut palm trees, all combining to place a premium on accuracy off the tee and on approach shots.
