In 2014 we plan to continue our already aggressive efforts. PLANNED PROMOTIONAL EVENTS
In 2014 we plan to use frequent event marketing to promote your residence. By hosting promotional events at 166 Palm Avenue, potential buyers can see both the gorgeous property as well as the type of entertaining possible on the grounds. miami international beach boat show: february 14-18, 2013 During the Miami International Boat Show, February 14 - 18, we’d like to schedule an event to be held on the back pool deck and dock area. For the event we’d rent a large Pershing yacht to dock at 166 Palm Avenue.
south beach wine & food festival: february 20-23, 2014 In conjunction with the South Beach Food & Wine Festival, we’d like to host an event for brokers and have a local restaurant cater the event. If possible, a wine tasting would also take place at the event.

miami polo world cup 2014: april 23-27, 2014 To celebrate the 2014 Miami Polo World Cup, we’d lke to do a coctail reception on the lawn. If possible, we’d like to bring in the polo ponies and the players for a meet and greet.
