TERMS, CONDITIONS & INFORMATION Orders Orders can be made by phone or email. TEL: +1 646 673 2334 EMAIL: jillian@elskanewyork.com Order confirmation will be sent within 1-2 working days via email. Payments An invoice will be sent to you via PayPal. This is the default payment method. A PayPal fee of 3,5% will be added to your invoice. The invoice is due 20 days after beeing issued. Late payment will trigger an extra fee. Payment can also be sent by bank transfer upon agreement. Local bank fees will be covered by the sender. Delivery time All orders will be sent from Norway. We will dispatch the order within one working week after the order has been made, given that the products are in stock. We will let you know if anything is missing, and send that as soon as it is back in stock. Delivery terms DAP (Delivery at place -import duties will not be paid by the seller). Delivery Cost Orders are sent with Bring from Norway. The delivery cost is 10% of the order total, 8% for orders above 750 USD. Returns, Replacements, Transport Damage Please contact us if you have not reveived the products you ordered, or if ahything is damaged. Remarks should be made within 5 days after receiving the shipment. We ask that all cancellation or changes to your order must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation. Cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee of 30% of the total deducted from your order. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Pictures Contact us if you would like to have product pictures for use on the web or high res. pictures for use in printed media.
