CITIO MA AYAD
Cagayan de Oro has emerged as northern Mindanao's economic and tourism powerhouse. The city's population has grown quickly as a result of recent developments. The city proper has shrunk, while population density has increased, putting a strain on transportation and street traffic. Most of Cagayan de Oro's urban communities have lost liveliness and a deteriorating general landscape. The need to decentralize the city is critical to maintaining its current performance.
The importance of mixed-use development - "The City within the City" - is notable in most major cities. The proposed site is located on the new Opol-Bulua diversion road. This was connected to the Cagayan-Iligan highway in the west, the CDOC pier in the east (passing through the westbound terminal), and Macalajar Bay in the north. The property has an area of around 33 hectares, which is proficient for this development.
The “City within the City” is a place where people live, work study and play.

GASTON PARK
This activity challenges the current situation of Gaston Park located at the heart of barangay Carmen where establishments like schools and commercial buildings are an easy access for students and residents The project includes various activities that residents frequently do when they visit
The fountain is the only structure that remains from the original site, but it has been renovated into a pond-less fountain, which allows for more interaction, and less glare from the sun, and because the water reservoir is underground, children are not at risk of drowning, and there are fewer concerns about algae growth
Gaston Park in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines, is a central urban green space known for its picturesque setting and historical significance Featuring a spacious open area, it is ideal for leisurely strolls, picnics, and community events The park is highlighted by its wellmaintained gardens, fountains, and a historic bandstand It serves as a popular venue for local gatherings and cultural activities, offering a serene escape in the heart of the city.

This coffee shop operates as a café by day, offering a serene setting for coffee and light bites, and transitions into a lively resto-bar by night It features spacious outdoor areas for activities and is designed with sustainable materials and smart technologies to enhance efficiency and minimize environmental impact
This activity involves selecting a random site at your nearest location and design a building with regards to the specific climate you are in.
The building is a café at day, resto at night It is strategically located near establishments like schools and lodging houses At the time where it was created, the frequent people near the area are all students from different schools coming together at the oval where it was a designated hang out place and practice ground for students
