Attach a file to the message You have the option to send a file with the message. The steps to attach a file are: Open compose page and click on ‘Attachment’ option. You will be asked to select the location from where you want to fetch the file. Click ‘Ok’ to start uploading the attached file.



Change the name of the folder To change the name of the folder, follow the steps mentioned here as under: Go to folder from the main page of your account. Click ‘Edit’ to change the name of the folder. Change according to your choice. Press ‘Save’ to save the changes.



Creating an address

The steps to create an address are mentioned below: Right-click on the ‘Address’ option. If you don’t find this option, you can take help from RCN support link. Click to add the address to the contact list. Fill the details as per asked on the page and save them.


Creating a group in the address list  If you want that the same message should be delivered to more

than one person at a time, then you can make groups online on this platform. Just go to ‘Group’ icon under contact page and click to create a new group. You are required to select the contacts which you want to add to this group. Click to create it. If you find any problem, you can contact RCN mail support team. You can add either by email address or by name in the group list.



Display option

If you want to change the view of your email messages, then follow the steps mentioned here as under: Open ‘Settings’. The main menu will appear on the screen. Check ‘Display’ options from there.



Modifying an address Entry ď‚— If you want to modify any address which you have

entered earlier, then go to login page and select the address



Creating an away messages Follow the steps to set message when you are on vacation. Go to ‘Preferences’ tab. Click on ‘Mail’ tab. Open ‘Receiving’ section and click on ‘Auto-reply’ message. Now, you need to type the message in the field which you want to send to the sender. You can type something similar to ‘I am away, will reply you later’.



How to change the password

You can change the password of your RCN mail in two ways. Go to MyRCN account: Login to the account with correct user details. Tap to go to ‘Accounts’ section. Click on ‘Reset password’ menu. Enter the new password twice and save it for future.
