Chapter 1: Presentation of the applicant's interest in SESAR and the added value of its participation; the role it wishes to fulfil and its expectations from the SESAR 2020 and the SJU. […]

Chapter 2: A complete and duly supported description of the entity and its organisational structure and in case of a consortium or grouping also of its members. The applicants are requested to describe, as far as possible, their intention of participating to SESAR 2020 with linked third parties 1, such as associate partners (in accordance with the decision of the Administrative Board ADB(D) 02(2010) on “Associate Partners of an SJU Member”), third parties providing in kind contributions free of charge, etc. The candidate members are also invited to indicate their subcontractors that will be expected to contribute to SESAR 2020. (It should be noted that there is no need at this stage to submit the documentation detailed in sections 9.2., 9.3.1. and 9.3.2. of the call for expression of interest related to such linked third parties, nevertheless, the relevant chapters/points of this template shall also be detailed in respect of such parties, as far as possible, and, in particular, the contribution of the linked third parties to the SESAR 2020 shall be described in the relevant chapters of this template.) Part 1: A list of areas and topics, in relation to the initial description of activities included in Annex III, on which candidate members have a proven experience and which constitute an added value for the SESAR 2020 and the SJU. […]

Chapter 5: An estimation and a description of the applicant’s proposed financial contribution. The applicants should clearly indicate cash contributions and in kind contributions and also describe the valuation method of in kind contributions. The applicant members shall also indicate the split between direct and in-direct costs and the resources to be split between and dedicated applied research and preindustrial development and very large scale demonstrations. In addition the applicant may indicate exploratory research activities that they intend to perform within the context of the SESAR 2020 if relevant. The estimated contribution should provide a split between the applicant’s contribution and those of the proposed linked third parties.
