Travel Agent Online Booking Reference Guide
Welcome to ExpressBook, your online reservations tool for Scenic Group (including Scenic and Emerald Cruises). This handy guide will provide you with information on how to login to our platform, create and update reservations and finalise travel arrangements using Trip Personaliser.

Logging in
1. Go to https://bookings.scenicglobal.com
2. Click Login as Partner
3. Enter your personal agent username and password and click Login. If you can’t remember this information, click the reset link at the bottom of the screen to retrieve or email agencysales@scenic.co.uk
If you are a new agent, please contact agencysales@scenic.co.uk to create your account
Searching Availability
1. From the main ‘Bookings’ page click the Check Availability & Quote/Book link
2. Enter the cruise/tour code or tour region, departure date period, number of rooms/suites and number of guests into the required fields. All fields do not need to be completed if you would like to perform a general search
5. Click + to view more information for a specific departure:
• Itinerary variation
• Price Breakdown
• Deposit amount
• Ship scheduled for sailing
• Available suite or stateroom categories and upgrade price
6. The cruise/tour content price will be displayed on the top line (includes Port Charges and Taxes). Please note that prices include return flights/rail. The price showing at this stage will not include any discounts.
3. You can find a cruise/tour code in the departure date section of any brochure or click on this link
4. When the Availability screen appears, you can view:
• Tour Name
• Departure Date (hover over to see tour end date)
• Tour Length (days)
• Start & End Cities
• Tour Price
• Offers (hover over to see more information)
How to get per person price:
Tour Content + Upgrade = total tour price per person
Example above:
£5495 + Cat D Standard Suite £200 = £5695 per person
7. To create booking or quote, select your tour (by clicking the circle to the left of the tour name) and click ‘Next’ at the bottom of the page
Making a reservation/quote
8. After selecting the cruise/tour from the availability screen, important booking information will appear. Please read this before continuing, at the bottom of the screen select Book This Tour to make a reservation.
If you require a written quote select Quote Only and the cabin will be held for 48 hours once the quote is complete.
When a quote is made in Expressbook for any departure on a Scenic /Emerald Cruises owned Ship, it will place a temporary 48 hour ‘hold’ on the selected cabin/suite, to give the guests time to decide if they wish to go ahead with the booking without losing the availability in the meantime. After the 48 hours has passed, the cabin/suite will be automatically released and subject to availability again. Please note:
➢ Only applicable to Cruise departures owned and operated by Scenic / Emerald Cruises (i.e not on third party cruises and or land touring departures).
➢ Held for 48 hours from the original date /time of creating the quote.
➢ After the 48 hours has passed, the cabin/suite with automatically be released, and will then remain subject to availability.
➢ If you need to remove the hold prior to the 48 hours, you can do so via the “discard quote” button within the quote (Top left-hand corner).
➢ If guests decide to proceed with a booking, you can convert the quote into a booking, and standard booking process and T&CS will apply.
➢ You will notice an important booking note (example below) will appear in the quote, to advise the date/time (in local timezone) the cabin/suite will be held until:
9. Enter guest names as per passport, dates of birth, address, and contact details. If you do not have all this information, you can create a quote until all details are obtained
10. Add any dietary, medical or mobility requirements
13. Add additional tour options including pre/post cruise/tour accommodation, city extension & ocean cruise cabin category. Adding accommodation requests: enter number of nights to check availability & view correct rates. We will request accommodation when deposit is received.
14. Select the guests preferred Scenic Freechoice or DiscoverMORE (extra expense) options. Scenic Freechoice options can also be done on the Trip Personaliser before the final payment date
11. Select applicable promotions for your cabin category: Select the best early bird deal for guests as well as additional offers such as early payment discount. Tick box will grey out if not combinable with selected offer.
Flights / Eurostar
12. Select your suite: only the suites/staterooms with numbers showing are available to be selected. Booking Only: To waitlist a suite/stateroom type, click on the ‘quick waitlist’ drop down box or if you would like a cabin layout to select more info from the cabin categories box.
15. Add any flight requests into comments box such as departure airport, airline preference, booking class (Economy / Business) If guests don’t want flights to be booked, select flights not required at the top of the screen Our reservations team will apply the relevant no fly discount to the booking within 48 hours. If guest would like to travel via Eurostar, please enter details into the comment box. We can arrange one-way flights for guests who would like to fly one-way and travel the other way Eurostar.
Booking Summary
16. Finalise your reservation. Please add any important comments or request such as:
• Medical / Mobility Requirements
• Bedding Configuration
• Loyalty Entitlement
• Total Cost Confirmed
• Future Travel Vouchers Held
17. Once finalised, a booking advice will be displayed, the booking number will be shown at the top of the page. To retrieve a copy of this booking advice, click Email Invoice at the top of the screen and ensure your email address is correct. This will email a link to access the booking documents through ExpressBook.
If you wish to save the booking advice, press booking advice and the document will begin to download. You may need to select show / hide commission from the dropdown to receive both agent and guest copy.
Please note: All pricing that shows an asterisk (*) is to be confirmed, flights will be confirmed within 48 hours after booking via email.
Booking Advice
18. Once you receive the email, click View booking advice and documents the most current version of the invoice will appear. Click the drop-down box to view older versions.
19. You can download the documents individually or all together for agent or guest copies
20. You can click to view and complete the Trip Personaliser with the links below. This information is required prior to the final payment date shown on the booking advice
Viewing or amending existing Reservations
21. Once logged in, the main ‘Bookings’ page will display
22. There is a search bar where you can enter a specific reservations number or select the drop-down box that allows you to view your agency’s booking.
23. Select the reservation you would like to view or amend.
24. Once you have entered the reservation you will be able to complete the following tasks.
Make sure you have saved your changes by clicking next and proceeding until you view a new booking advice.
Important Notes
Trip Personaliser Requirements
The Scenic Group requires specific information in order to fully complete and process your booking. Please visit tp.scenicglobal.com and complete all essential information.
- Full Passport details including Name as per passport
- Emergency Next of Kin contact details
- Date of Birth
- Flight details as you may be eligible for transfers
- Please advise Scenic Freechoice selection for pre-bookable excursions
Documentation
Once Trip Personaliser requirements are completed & final balance has been received, documentation will be issued 10 days prior to departure.
