5 STEP GROUPS PROCESS 1

Enquire about a group with your dedicated groups team by calling or emailing us.

Our dedicated groups team will explore all group options with you, including the benefits, dates, pricing and itineraries for a potential group departure.

Once the group departure is selected and availability has been confirmed, we will hold an allocation on your chosen cruise departure free of charge.

Once the departure date is held, you are able to request bespoke marketing from our design team so that you can promote to your group.

Once your group is ready to book please call us to make a booking. You can choose to book individually or via your group leader – please remember to quote the name of your group.

Terms and conditions: Standard deposit & cancellation rules apply for bookings made onto the group allocation. When making a group booking, allocation is initially held without deposit. If the group requires specific suites to be held, we do require a fully refundable £125pp deposit. Allocations must be filled within 90 days from the day allocation is held. Allocations cannot be taken on Royal Suites on Scenic river cruises, Owners Suites & Penthouse Suites are not available for group allocation on Scenic Eclipse. Emerald Azzurra groups are not able to include D cabins, Owners suite & Penthouse suites in their allocations. To take space, must have 10 cabins available on public sale. If blocking suite category or taking higher grades only non-refundable deposit may be requested. No possibility to hold allocation blocking lead ins. Allocation can be released at any time if there is no activity on the group, or if we require the cabins to be released for other reasons. Not combinable with standard offers. Retroactive promotional adjustments not permitted. Flight pricing is based on current availability and supplements may apply. Ship and itinerary are subject to change. Fare quoted does not include additional components arranged which may be charged at an additional fee. Marketing materials available on request. Group Discount Policy: The discount applied will be a set amount based on your chosen cruise departure, per passenger, applies to all tours and regions. Ask our experts for your discount value. Group Bonus Benefits Policy Emerald Cruises: Receive a Premium Unlimited Drinks Package. Excludes Champagne, wine by the bottle, bottled beers and cabin mini bar. For groups booking a minimum of 5 cabins on a river cruise and 10 cabins on a yacht cruise groups will receive an additional €100 per cabin on-board credit. Group Bonus Benefits Policy Scenic: Receive Private Door-to-Door Chauffeur Transfers unconditional of group size. Private door-to-door transfers are complimentary within 75-miles of an airport where flights are available from. For guests who live outside of 75 miles, an additional supplement of £2.00 per mile will be charged. Group Credit Value/Group Leader Credit: The Group Credit Value amount can be redeemed for every 5th cabin booked on a river cruise and 10 cabins booked on a yacht/ocean cruise. The Group Credit Value can be paid out as a group leader discount towards their own cabin, a commission or converted into a group discount. Offers mentioned are combinable with each other and Earlybird and Super Earlybird Promotions only.
