Located off of Highway 34 and 6 miles from I-5, our community offers 83 assisted living apartments on two floors and 9 retirement cottages. With a full range of services, residents can remain here even if their health needs change.

We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including continuing education classes, exercise classes, off-site excursions, clubs, parties and hobbies. Emeritus at Century Fields is conveniently located in a residential area, near downtown shopping, banks, grocery stores, Lebanon Senior Center, Lebanon Public Library and Century Park. In addition, several medical facilities are close by, including Lebanon Community Hospital and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.

If you want to experience living at an Emeritus community before making a permanent move, or you’re being discharged from a hospital or nursing care facility and aren’t quite ready to go home, consider our short term stay program. You’ll receive the same services all residents enjoy– home-cooked meals, scheduled transportation, outstanding service and more.
