As far as our exploration of Eastern European cinema is concerned, we have an interview with the director of Mushrooming, a terrific(ant) dark comedy involving a politician, his wife, an Estonian rock star and mushrooms. We also reviewed the grim brilliance of Flower Buds, a robust piece of unflattering realism from the Czech Republican provinces.
