The arrival of the Tall Ships Fleet triggers a four day maritime celebration with activities and events each day. ITINERARY FRIDAY A morning departure as we make our way south, with suitable stops en route. SATURDAY We visit Chatham and

the famous Historic Naval Dockyard. This vast maritime heritage site offers an abundance of historic buildings, three warships, dry docks, the Royal Dockyard Museum and much more. Many scenes from TV’s “Call the Midwife” were filmed here. In the afternoon we have time in the City of Rochester with its magnificent cathedral, old town and cobbled streets. SUNDAY We drive to Greenwich to visit the Tall Ships and enjoy the quayside events and activities. As well as the vessels you'll find international street theatre, music stages, exhibitions and food from around the world. You will have the opportunity to go on board some of the beautiful ships, meet

the crews and find out what life is like as the ships race the seas. There will be a Parade of Sail taking place during the late afternoon, when around 40 huge Tall Ships and a number of smaller Class C and D ships sail down the Thames in convoy.

MONDAY After breakfast we begin our homeward journey, with a suitable break on the way.

TUESDAY We make our way to Thetford for our visit to the Dad’s Army Museum. This enduring comedy series was mostly filmed in Thetford, and the museum is dedicated to one of the most popular TV series ever produced. From here we head for Bressingham Steam and Gardens, and its special Dad’s Army Exhibition comprising a recreation of Walmington on Sea.

We make our way to Enniscorthy and the Treacys Hotel, our base for the next three nights. MONDAY We travel to medieval Kilkenny where we will spend our day. Kilkenny is a medieval city acclaimed internationally as a centre for craft and design. The city is characterised by beautifully restored buildings and is small and compact enough to explore on foot. In the afternoon we visit the Smithwick’s Experience, located in the Medieval Mile. Learn about Ireland’s oldest ale, brewed since 1710 and stroll through the centuries in the interactive tour, followed by a tasting, before returning to our hotel. TUESDAY We head for Ireland’s oldest city, Waterford, where we visit the new House of Waterford Crystal, in the city centre. This is a fascinating attraction and a must-see when visiting Waterford. Time to explore independently, before boarding our coach for the transfer to the Waterford and Suir Valley Railway. Experience the beauty of the Suir Valley from a period carriage and take in the wonderful panoramic views along the 8.5 km journey from Kilmeaden to Gracedieu Junction. WEDNESDAY This morning we visit the beautiful Powerscourt Gardens in County Wicklow – one of the most beautiful gardens in Ireland, before continuing to Dublin Port and boarding our ferry to Holyhead. We arrive at the Celtic Royal Hotel Caernarfon with time to settle in before dinner.

To round off this Italian masterclass you will learn how to impress your friends back home with a Tiramisu dessert. WHAT’S INCLUDED Holiday prices include all coach travel from listed departure points, entrance fees and admissions unless otherwise stated, and all ferry crossings unless part of an optional excursion. We reserve the right to use Eurotunnel services through the channel tunnel in either or both directions on tours to the continent. This service may be used as alternative transportation to ferry crossings in case of last minute schedule changes, unexpected delays, weather conditions or force majeure. Hotel accommodation and board basis as specified in each itinerary.

1. FINANCIAL SECURITY P.C. Executive Coaches of Lincoln Ltd is a member of the Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT) and follows their guidelines. We have established a Client Trust Account in order to comply with the European Community Directive number 90/314 for the benefit of our customers. All monies received are paid into a dedicated Client Trust Account until after the holiday departs. You can be confident that, in the unlikely event of our becoming insolvent, there is a fund of money to repay or repatriate you.

2. WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED Charges that accommodation suppliers may make for use of certain facilities such as tennis courts, sun beds etc. cost of visas or inoculations. Any articles of personal expenditure not listed as included in the price of the holiday. Extra items such as laundry, alcohol & tea/coffee after dinner, unless the hotel specifically include those items. Meals en route, gratuities, personal expenditure, and travel insurance. 3. EXCURSION PROGRAMMES We reserve the right to substitute any advertised excursion with a similar alternative if operational reasons should make this necessary. No refunds will be made for passengers not wishing to go on included excursions. Included excursions involve taking you to a convenient central point with time at leisure to explore at your own pace. 4. OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS On tours where there are free days, we may offer optional excursions. These are not included in your holiday price and can only be booked and paid for directly to your driver/courier in resort. These excursions are subject to minimum numbers booking to make their operation viable. 5. LUGGAGE All baggage and belongings are carried at owners risk and we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage except where such damage or loss is caused by the proven negligence of our employees. We ask you to keep your luggage down to one medium size case per person, not exceeding 20kg, and ensure the contents are securely packed. On tours with overnight stops, one small overnight bag per person is recommended.

6. MOBILITY SCOOTER POLICY We will accept small mobility scooters subject to the following: a) Our booking staff are given details of the size and make of the powered wheelchair/scooter to enable checks to be made on the manufacturer’s website to establish if it is suitable for carrying on the coach. b) We will advise customers, either at the time or by calling them back, about the suitability of the scooter/powered wheelchair for carriage on our coaches. c) That the scooter/powered wheelchair will break down into separate parts, each weighing no more than 20 kgs. d) The disabled customer is accompanied at the point of departure and arrival by a companion who is able to dismantle and reassemble the powered wheelchair/scooter to enable stowage in the coach. e) The powered wheelchair/scooter is operated by dry cell batteries only. f) It is deemed that there will be sufficient room in the hold to carry the item.

2. YOUR CONTRACT WITH US By paying the relevant deposit you are binding all persons travelling to our Terms & Conditions. The contract is made when your booking is entered onto our reservations system and we issue a confirmation of booking. Please check your confirmation carefully to ensure all information is correct, and advise us immediately of any errors. 3. PAYING THE BALANCE OF YOUR HOLIDAY The balance of payment must be made no later than six weeks before your departure and you will receive your tickets and final holiday details approximately fourteen days before departure. If you have not received this information three working days before the departure date, we request that you telephone our office to check the exact departure time and departure point for your holiday. We regret that we will be unable to consider any claim for loss of money or compensation from clients who fail to contact us in the event of their not receiving final holiday details. The cost of your holiday is not guaranteed against any increase resulting from government action, including an increase in VAT, additional bonding, and devaluation of the pound sterling or increased fuel charges. 4. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY You or any member of your party may cancel your holiday at any time provided that the information is conveyed in writing to PC Coach Holidays. 5. TRAVEL INSURANCE It is a requirement of booking a PC Coach Holiday that you are insured, either with us or another insurance provider. 6. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR BOOKING Minor changes prior to the balance due date, such as additional requests, joining point amendments etc. necessitating the issue of a new Booking Confirmation will be allowed subject to the payment of a £10 amendment fee. After the balance due date whilst we will attempt to accommodate minor changes on the same basis, no guarantee can be given. For major changes such as transfer to a different holiday or departure date after the balance due date, we reserve the right to treat such changes as cancellations and levy the cancellation charges as set out in the “If you cancel your holiday” section.

7. MEDICATION IN LUGGAGE Please ensure that all regularly used medication is kept on the person or carried as hand luggage, and not packed away in luggage that is to be stowed in the luggage compartment on the coach.

7. SPECIAL REQUESTS If you have any special requests, you must advise us, and ensure they are noted on the booking confirmation when received. Your request will be passed on to the hotel concerned; however we cannot guarantee that they will be able to comply.

8. SEAT ALLOCATION It is possible, on occasions, for operational reasons, that a coach/mini bus of different configuration may be used, and we therefore reserve the right to alter the seating plan and allocate seats other than the ones you have booked, although this will be avoided wherever possible. We still have no liability in relation to any such change of specification. Seat allocation does not apply on feeder vehicles.

8. IF WE CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY It is necessary in order to operate any holiday that a certain level of passenger numbers is achieved. If that number is not achieved the holiday may be cancelled and an alternative holiday offered. You will then have the choice of accepting this alternative or receiving a refund of all monies paid in respect of your booking.

9. CHILD REDUCTION Any child aged 4 -13 inclusive at the time of travel qualifies for a 20% reduction when sharing a room with two adults. Children 3 years and under are only permitted on certain weekend breaks. Where applicable special child reductions are detailed on the holiday page. 10. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS Payments made by Credit Card will incur a 2.5% surcharge. No charge for Debit Card payments. 11. SMOKING Smoking is banned in all indoor public places in the UK, and the majority of European countries. Smoking on-board our vehicles is strictly prohibited. 12. GRATUITIES Gratuities to our drivers are not included in the cost of your holiday. Any donations should reflect on the service you have been given by our representative. We also recommend that gratuities should be made on an individual basis rather than a group collection. Check with your driver regarding gratuities for hotel staff as each hotel has its own system.

9. IF WE CHANGE YOUR HOLIDAY The arrangements for your holiday are usually made many months in advance and changes are sometimes unavoidable. We reserve the right to alter, without notice, routes, seating plans and itineraries on any tour arranged by PC Coach Holidays. 10. PASSPORT, VISA & HEALTH INFORMATION For all continental holidays, you will require a full 10-year passport. Your passport must be valid for three months after your return. If you have any doubts about your status as resident or British subject, or you do not hold a full British passport, you must check with the Embassies or Consulates of the countries to be visited to confirm the passport or visa requirement needed in your particular circumstances. We cannot accept responsibility if passengers are not in possession of the correct travel documents. Clients travelling to EC countries are advised to obtain a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) prior to departure. This will entitle you to certain free health arrangements in member state countries. At this time no special requirements, such as inoculations, exist to any countries featured. It is, however, your responsibility to ensure that any special requirements are obtained before the date of departure. 11. SEAT BELTS The wearing of seat belts is mandatory at all times when seated.

CLIENTS BEHAVIOUR PC Coach Holidays reserves the right to refuse a booking or terminate a client’s holiday in the event of unreasonable conduct if, in our opinion, it is likely to cause damage, distress, danger or annoyance to other clients, employees, and property or to any third party. If you are prevented from travelling or continuing your holiday by such termination, PC Coach Holidays responsibility for your holiday ceases. Full cancellation charges will apply and PC Coach Holidays will be under no obligation for any refund, compensation or loss, which you may incur. 13. IF YOU WISH TO COMPLAIN In the unlikely event that you or any member of your party have cause for complaint please inform, in the first instance, the supplier of the service and then our driver who will do his utmost to resolve the problem immediately. Failing this you must notify us in writing within fourteen days after you return.

HOLIDAY TRAVEL INSURANCE A travel insurance scheme is available for all passengers travelling on our holidays arranged with ETI – International Travel Protection (ERV), the UK branch of Europäische Reiseverscherung AG, who are authorised by the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BAFIN – www.bafin.de) and approved by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA – www.the-fca.org.uk) to undertake insurance business in the UK. Should you wish to take out this travel insurance please include the appropriate premium when booking your holiday. DEMANDS AND NEEDS This insurance policy will suit the demands and needs of an individual or group (where applicable) who have no excluded medical condition(s), are travelling in countries included within the policy terms and who wish to insure themselves against unforeseen circumstances/events detailed in the cover section below. SIGNIFICANT EXCLUSIONS RESIDENCY If you or anyone else named on this policy has not been a resident in the UK for the past 6-months this policy cannot cover you. PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS You must be able to comply with the following conditions to have the full protection of your policy. If you do not comply we may refuse to deal with any relevant claim or reduce the amount of any relevant claim payment. If you are travelling within the United Kingdom you are not required to declare your medical conditions. However to be covered for any medical conditions you have or have had, you must be able to answer YES to all of the following questions 1. to 5. a) and b):

1. You are not aware of any reason why the trip could be cancelled or cut short. 2. You are not travelling: a) against the advice of a medical practitioner b) for the purpose of obtaining medical treatment, or c) if you have been given a terminal prognosis. 3. You are not receiving or awaiting treatment for any bodily injury, illness or disease as a hospital day case or in-patient. 4. If you are on medication at the time of travel your medical condition is stable and well controlled. 5. If you suffer from stress, anxiety, depression or any other mental or nervous disorder, it must have been investigated and diagnosed as such by either: a) a registered mental health professional if you are under the care of a Community Mental Health Team, or b) a consultant specialising in the relevant field who has confirmed in writing (at your cost) that you are fit enough to take this trip. If you are travelling outside of the United Kingdom you must telephone the Towergate Medical Line on 0344 892 1698 if anyone to be covered by this policy, or any person upon whose health the trip depends: 1. Has or has had a medical condition (excluding childhood and minor ailments not requiring treatment) 2. Is taking prescribed medication 3. Has or has had any medical condition still requiring periodic review 4. Is awaiting any tests, treatment, investigation, referral or the results of these. The Towergate Medical Line office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. CHANGE IN HEALTH CONDITIONS AFTER BOOKING You must also notify the Towergate Medical Line immediately of any changes in medical circumstances arising between the date the policy is issued and the time of departure for the trip. You may have to pay an additional premium to cover your medical conditions. This applies to all destinations. In addition to the above the policy also contains the following main exclusions: • Any existing medical conditions unless they have been declared to (where appropriate) and accepted by the insurer. • Your participation in any organised sports, winter sports or dangerous activities unless they have been declared to and accepted by the Insurer. • Suicide or the wilful exposure to exceptional personal risk. • Travel against the advice of the carrier, any other public transport provider, the Foreign Office or the World Health Organisation. • Motorcycle travel during the insured trip where the engine size exceeds 125cc. • Any manual work or hazardous occupation undertaken during the insured trip. • The bankruptcy / liquidation of the tour operator, travel agent or transportation company with whom you have booked your trip. Examples of these and other conditions and exclusions are contained within the policy wording, a specimen copy of which is available upon request. If after purchasing a policy from us should you find it does not meet your requirements you have 14-days from the date of issue or prior to travel, whichever is sooner, to cancel the policy and receive a full refund of your premium.
