introduction My passion for color, fabrics, furniture, floor plans, and all things “design” started at a very young age and has grown into a lifelong fascinaion with interior design. During my ime in the Interior Design Program at Mississippi State University, my arisic and creaive skills have grown immensely, and each project has given me an opportunity to explore new ideas, respond to new challenges, and build design skills and knowledge. I believe that design is powerful and can be used to create experiences that excel the producivity, livability, and likability of a space and enrich our everyday lives. The works in this porfolio document my desire to create innovaive, environmentally conscious, funcional spaces through thoughful planning and creaive problem-solving that will enhance the lives of all occupants. OBJECTIVE

The objecive of this project is to develop an understanding of hospitality design through renovaing an 8 level, 30,000 square foot historic building into a bouique hotel and choosing a desirable locaion. The scope includes the design of a lobby, restaurant, bar, spa, guest rooms, and rootop terrace with a second bar and restaurant. The project is presented through the use of muliple mediums including a conceptual model, a maquete, a promoional video, and presentaion boards.

CONCEPT

Brilliantly situated in the heart of Seatle, Washington, URBAN GARDEN is an oasis of green-friendly hospitality that welcomes guests with its peaceful ambiance, inspiring décor, and unsurpassed service and features. Because Seatle is one of the top ten greenest ciies in the United States, URBAN GARDEN embraces the eco-friendly lifestyle and green philosophy of urban nature with a hip twist that offers guests an unforgetable accommodaion experience. Catering to environmentally conscious travelers seeking a unique getaway, URBAN GARDEN is a stone’s throw away from famous landmarks such as the Space Needle, Olympic Sculpture Park, and EMP Museum. URBAN GARDEN brings nature into bustling downtown Seatle, giving a nod to a city that has more green space than any other major US urban center.

SOLUTION

Standing 8 stories tall, the refreshingly refurbished URBAN GARDEN breathes an atmosphere of urban sophisicaion while breaking ground for new seeds of green hospitality and excepional service. Guests can enjoy a light and tasty meal at Harvest Bistro with its variety of healthy dishes prepared from locally grown produce, then unwind with a cocktail at Grove Bar and Lounge in the downstairs lobby. Ater a relaxing visit to Oasis Eco-Spa, they can dine at Verdant Sky Bar and Grill with its lush greenery and panoramic views of the downtown Seatle skyline. URBAN GARDEN also offers two types of disincively designed guest rooms, fited with contemporary ameniies and modern conveniences.

LOUNGE Guests will enjoy the inimate and moody atmosphere of Grove Lounge, located adjacent to the main lobby of URBAN GARDEN. Patrons can start their day in Grove Lounge with a cup of Seatle coee and end it with a glass of the ďŹ nest local wine at night. With the mysterious and enicing vibe of a forest grove, this bar is a comfortable and soothing place to relax and unwind with friends ater a day on the town.

Oasis Eco-Spa oers an array of services and treatments using natural products made from local herbs. Designed to keep the indoor/outdoor transiion as seamless as possible, the relaxaion room in the heart of the spa provides a place for guests to soak in a mineral bath under the waterfall or recline in nest chairs while awaiing treatments. At Oasis Eco-Spa, mundane problems and everyday worries disappear, allowing guests to have a truly relaxing ime in Seatle.

Project Requirement: Custom Wallcovering. This wallcovering design was inuenced by the metropolitan area of Seatle, Washington. The print of the design is an abstract interpretaion of the downtown Seatle map where URBAN GARDEN is located.

URBAN GARDEN offers two types of guest rooms: garden rooms that feature a natureinspired design with soothing light fabrics, fresh colors, warm natural wood and plantscaping, and urban rooms which have deeper and more dramaic colors, burnished copper, and fantasic views of the Seatle cityscape. Some of the rooms even provide complimentary bicycle rental and hammock hooks. “Green” features include Lutron occupancy/vacancy sensors which automaically shut off lighing when the room is unoccupied, low VOC materials, low-flow bathroom fixtures and low-energy LED lighing. These planet-friendly rooms offer a cozy, chic, and green alternaive to mainstream hotels and a different experience every ime.

URBAN GARDEN features a fully funcioning rootop with stunning 360 degree views of Seatle’s famous skyline. A greenhouse provides fresh ingredients for the hotel’s restaurants and for the spa’s products. Locally harvested fresh fruits and vegetables from the rootop community garden are sold to offer a healthy snack opion. A rootop pool and hot tub provide a place for relaxaion and socializaion. Verdant Skybar and Grill is “the place” for guests to have a late night drink in the bar or a mouth-watering meal prepared by the hotel chef while enjoying the vibrant vibe of downtown Seatle.

OBJECTIVE

The objecive of this project is to design a 8,000 square foot internaional restaurant in an assigned country. The country should be researched for cultural design consideraion and as inspiraion for the name and brand of the restaurant. The space should reflect the created brand and consider the culture’s eiquete, design moifs, food, etc.

concept

When the Greek gods let their home on Olympus for vacaion, Greek mythology claims that they went to Pelion, a mountain renowned for its beauty and considered to be their summerhouse. Volos, a beauiful town nestled at the foot of Pelion, provides a magnificent backdrop for ÉPAVLI, a Mediterranean-style restaurant, whose name means “summer house.” The concept of ÉPAVLI is to translate the experience of enjoying a wonderful meal in a restaurant into the visual idenity of dining in a summerhouse beauiful enough to be visited by the Greek gods.

SOLUTION

The people of Greece consider dining out to be an experience, not just a meal away from home. Because their culture celebrates with food and drink, their restaurants have become seings for life’s events, celebraions, and ceremonies. ÉPAVLI can accommodate these events with a dining area divided into smaller spaces that can be adjusted for groups of all sizes while providing for either social interacion or privacy. Throughout ÉPAVLI, the cool colors of a summerhouse suggest a calmer, more inwardly oriented feeling so that diners are beter able to focus on their dinner companions and the food. A water wall and reflecing pool mimic the sounds and feel of the nearby sea, while trellises supporing blooming vines and living walls bring to mind the beauiful surroundings where a summer house would be located. For both guests traveling to Volos and residents who are proud of its history, a restaurant that brings to mind dining in a summerhouse of the gods will be the perfect dining desinaion.

The dining area in ÉPAVLI offers a choice of comfortable seaing for any dining experience. The curving banquete provides a flexible place for large or small paries to dine. On the raised dining level, patrons can enjoy the more inimate experience of being on the covered paio of a summerhouse with the living wall evoking images of the outdoors. This area makes a convenient spot for dancing or a band when the tables are removed. The circular tables allow a more inimate seaing arrangement while the adjoining booth areas provide another choice for large groups to enjoy the ÉPAVLI experience.

Because drinking together is such an important part of the Greek culture, special atenion has been given to the design of ÉPAVLI’s bar. The windows across the front of the bar easily allow passersby to see the appeizing food and drink and enice them in to enjoy the restaurant’s ambiance and entertainment. With a choice of bar-height table seaing, booths with a view of the charming street, or bar seaing, patrons will be sure to enjoy the summerhouse experience in Épavli’s bar.

OBJECTIVE

The objecive of the Source Awards Naional Lighing Design Compeiion is to further the understanding, knowledge and funcion of lighing as a primary element in design. Students are asked to use Cooper Lighing fixtures in an interior lighing design project of their choice, blending aestheics, energy-efficient design soluions, and creaive use of products. All lighing is to be correctly specified, and specificaion sheets are to be included.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

THE MAIN EVENT is an upscale event venue located in Chicago, Illinois. Situated on the beauiful shore of Lake Michigan, views of both the breathtaking skyline and the sparkling water can be enjoyed for both dayime and nighime events. This eclecic, 10,000 square foot venue offers a spacious terrace, one-ofa-kind round bar and lounge, private dressing room with a comfortable seaing area, and floor-to-ceiling windows which open up the venue to magnificent views of the city. This beauiful space is available to rent for any occasion.

LIGHTING CONCEPT

THE MAIN EVENT features a muli-faceted lighing plan. The use of muliple layered lighing and dimmable lights provide maximum energy efficiency while creaing a variety of moods and allowing a range of aciviies within the same area. Twenty-foot ceilings and glass window-walls flood the venue in daylight and minimize the need for arificial light. THE MAIN EVENT offers a funcional lighing design which meets the ASHRAE/IESNA wats per square foot standard. For convenience and energy efficiency, the lighing throughout the venue is controlled by a Greengate Digital Switch which allows different lighing zones to have muliple switching opions. NeoSwitch Tech/Dual Relay Wall Switch Sensors have been placed in each restroom and the dressing room to provide even more energy efficient lighing. THE MAIN EVENT is a beauiful and versaile space with unique decoraive elements and impressive lighing techniques that contribute to making it the perfect place for wedding recepions, rehearsal dinners, banquets, and reunions in Chicago and the surrounding area.

Lighing Fixtures

As guests move into the recepion hall, modern, dimmable pendant lights act as the main light source and create the desired atmosphere. The dance oor features a drop ceiling that houses cove lighing and provides a decoraive element that sets the area apart from the rest of the space. Cove lighing highlights the stage area and provides a sot glow that adds intrigue to the architectural feature.

Located at the back of the venue is an exciing, round bar in the center of a glasswalled atrium. The bar is crowned by an octagonal drop ceiling that reflects the shape of the atrium walls. The suspended ceiling contains LED fixtures that provide task lighing for guests and the staff. In the center of the drop ceiling are muliple pendant lights hung at different levels for visual interest. In-ground accent lighing underneath the bar adds a dramaic effect to the inimate area.

OBJECTIVE

For the Brasfield and Gorrie Compeiion, teams of students from each unit in the College of Architecture, Art + Design will design and create a construcion plan for a 1,500 square foot exising building and its interior for the tenancy of an incubator retailer. The goal is to expose students to an interdisciplinary team project to design a structure that incorporates sustainability, innovaion, and LEED construcion principles. The number of individual retail stalls must be determined, and a central office, ADA restroom, storage area, and cash wrap must be incorporated.

ETC. in its simplest form is an abbreviaion that is used to represent the concept of “and more.” ETC. is an incubator business created to encourage, nurture, and support local arisans by providing a shared place for them to showcase their products in a newly renovated building in downtown Starkville, Mississippi. With business planning, legal, accouning, and markeing services, ETC. lives up to the plan of the “and more” concept. It not only provides retail space for the arisans to sell their handcrated potery, candles, clothing “and more,” but also gives them the helping hand that they need to succeed, grow their businesses, and survive on their own.

ETC. features an efficient space plan, highlighted by a natural color palete with rich earth tones that allows the handmade products sold in its inviing retail spaces to take center stage. A beauiful curving wood ceiling reflects the lines of the concrete floor and combines with the fluid line of the stalls to draw customers through the space. Metal pipe shelving in each stall is adjustable to accommodate a variety of products. Locaing the cash wrap at the rear of the building ensures equal exposure to each arisan’s goods as customers move through Etc. to complete their purchases. A freestanding, concrete gallery wall prominently located at the front of the store offers an addiional space to feature the work of local arists. ETC. offers a unique marketplace to give local arisans a place to start their businesses, increase their sales, “and more.”

The objecive of the Retail Design Insitute Annual Internaional Student Store Design Compeiion is to develop and globally launch a prototypical beauty retail store that sells wellness concious and organically sourced cosmeics. This 1,200 square foot beauty retail business is designed to provide an engaging and unique shopping experience, based on research from current beauty forerunners. The store should include technology for an interacive shopping environment, and addiional beauty services are to be determined and provided. Linear, gondola, and freestanding fixtures are to be designed, providing for required linear feet. All components must be hand rendered and hand sketched for final presentaion.

Beauty. Vitality. Evoluion. Because beauty is found in the myriad of shapes, colors, and paterns of a leaf, it is featured in the design of everything from the store’s exterior to its floor plan. In the interior, the leaf is represented in the fluid lines of the cash wrap with its living wall, as well as the organic design elements of the fixtures. The store’s organically inspired layout, which resembles the graceful curves of a leaf, allows shoppers to easily move from brand to brand and product to product. FLOURISH showcases its products beneath a ceiling featuring layers resembling a canopy of leaves in a tree. The architecture of the storefront evolves into the structure of the ceiling, creaing an organic patern that follows the curves of the floor plan. OBJECTIVE

The goal of Steelcase’s NEXT Student Design Compeiion is to challenge design students to change the paradigm of student learning by using new approaches and pushing the boundaries with the design of a new academic building that allows learning to happen everywhere. The design for this 10,685 square foot, two-story structure must include a large classroom, 2 acive learning classrooms, 1 distance learning classroom, in-between learning spaces, a faculty connecion hub, and a student work café.

Converge. Mobilize. Innovate. Commuters who depend on the subway’s sleek and efficient rapid transit system, are able to travel around their ciies easily, conveniently and with minimal fuss. They gather to board these trains in a constantly shiting, ever-changing cycle of humanity; ride the trains to their desinaions in groups or individually; and then part to go their separate ways to innovate, create, collaborate, and change the world. This efficient sytem of convergence, mobilizaion, and innovaion “drives” the concept of an ever changing educaional environment where students converge, then separate to go into inspiring and engaging classrooms which mobilize for collaboraion with peers and teachers, to spark innovaive thinking and learning processes for NEXT UNIVERSITY’s new academic building in Norfolk, Virginia.

Today, educaion is fast-paced and the configuraion of classrooms and learning faciliies has to be muli-funcional to keep up. A recent survey of college students found that only 13% of students’ on-campus ime was spent listening to a classroom lecture, while 44% was spent studying alone, and 25% collaboraing or in groups. The grade that campus spaces were given for meeing these needs was an “F.” These numbers show that students want quiet places to study independently and the space to shit into groups as their needs change. Just as the subway glides from one stop to the next, educaional spaces should allow students to come together and then reconfigure as needed to prepare today’s students to be tomorrow’s workforce.

The student work café is the campus crossroad desinaion for students and faculty to gather at any ime of the day or night. They can socialize, dine, relax, study, and work on group projects at the mix of open spaces and quieter study areas. Many higher educaion classrooms are stuck in the past. Rows of desks, instructor podiums, and wriing boards fixed to walls make the environment a barrier to acive learning.

OBJECTIVE

The objecive of the Howell Hall renovaion project is for students to develop an understanding of working with a real client, Mississippi State University’s College of Architecture, Art, and Design. Administrators determined that the Interior Design and Art programs will relocate to Howell Hall, an exising 20,500 square foot building on the MSU campus. Within a three week ime frame, students are to design a funcional and aestheically pleasing space plan that meets the needs of both units and improves upon their current locaions.

CONCEPT

When a thriving campus community exists, it is associated with learning, sharing ideas, and high levels of human engagement. With the relocaion of the Interior Design Program and the foundaion courses for the Department of Art to HOWELL HALL, the College of Architecture, Art, and Design will be located in a single area on the MSU campus. This move creates the unique opportunity to strengthen the individual brands of each college, while developing a sense of campus community. The nature of classes in CAAD requires students to spend countless hours in studios working on projects; therefore, the design concept for HOWELL HALL centers around community building and the creaive simulaion and moivaion of the students who study there.

SOLUTION

The Interior Design department features imeless, raw, industrial materials that promote creaive processing and the color red in its branding. A hot studio for freshmen offers a place of personal refuge, and a studio for upper level design students features areas for students to pin up and display work and places for materials storage and layout surfaces. Both private and public zones where ideas can flow, formal classrooms, and informal spaces for spontaneous interacion are key features that creaively simulate the Interior Design students. The Department of Art is disinguished by orange accents against an industrial backdrop. It features studios with adjustable window treatments for light control, easy to clean concrete floors and ample pin up space to display art. Nearby hallway displays provide a convenient place to share work with other students, teachers, and visitors. A central hub with both individual study and group interacion zones delivers a space where all of the students in HOWELL HALL can learn, interact, and associate, transforming the College of Architecture, Art, and Design into a thriving campus community.

The private entrance to the Department of Art features an orange wall with graphics to brand the space. Space for a student worker is provided in order to greet visitors and direct them to the conveniently located adjacent main offices. A wall of shelving provides an area for students to display their projects and show off their work to everyone who enters the department. This lets visitors know right away that the Department of Art at Mississippi State University is thriving and filled with talent.

The Interior Design studio is open, yet each class is separated by custom pariions with pin up space and shelving for storage that opens to provide greater visual sightlines or closes for more privacy. Custom desks with lockable drawers are durable and provide a safe place for students to store their materials. The raw, industrial backdrop allows students to be creaive without having to compete with the design of the room.

The materials area is a unique space incorporated into the studio that allows students to be surrounded by inspiraional texiles and ďŹ nishes. A large, standing-height island is the perfect place for students to arrange and coordinate the materials for their projects. The hub is the main locaion for building campus community within the College of Architecture, Art, and Design. The hub will be an addiion to HOWELL HALL situated at the rear of the building, overlooking the courtyard with a sculptural garden. With its central locaion, all three departments in HOWELL HALL have easy access to the space. The hub provides areas for students to collaborate and exchange ideas, for groups to interact while taking breaks between classes, and for students and professors to relax when they need to get away from their work.

A large collaboraion zone in the Interior Design studio provides a private place for students to collaborate and meet for group projects. The objecive of the IDEC Student Design Compeiion is to develop a prototype of a paient room with focus on the integraion of an area for family and visitors. The room is to be streamlined, technologically advanced, and an experience for paient and family engagement, without the overwhelming atributes of healthcare. The design must present unique and creaive soluions that promote healing, provide space for the family to stay and interact with the paient, and apply sustainable strategies in both the features and the design soluions. One week is allowed for research and one week is allowed for design.

CONCEPT

On board to send children on a mission to recovery, this prototypical paient room creates an environment designed to simulate a futurisic space staion, launching children to an atmosphere worlds away from typical hospital rooms. The high-tech design will propel paients into a healing process that is comfortable and puts the paient in the command seat, makes the doctor the pilot, and the staff the crew. With the family as passengers along for the ride, the future of in-paient healthcare is on its way to a whole new dimension.

SOLUTION

Fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology and interacive ameniies, ARLINGTON CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL’s sleek, muli-funcional space provides the paient with choice and control of the healing environment. This room takes an innovaive approach to incorporaing the paient’s family through an adaptable family zone so they can effecively paricipate in the care and decision making process. The locaion of medical equipment and circulaion in the room increase safety and streamline the daily workflow for doctors and nurses. This cuing-edge paient room, responsible to its environment, incorporates sustainable finishes and fixtures to promote both environmental and occupant health. The holisic design provides the paient, staff, and family a space-age experience and excepional care on the child’s journey to restoraion.

OBJECTIVE

The objecive of this project is to gain an understanding of healthcare design by designing a 4,100 square foot obstetrics and gynecology clinic located in an exising structure. Research into the specificaions and requirements of healthcare clinics and features that make paients comfortable and contribute to their wellbeing is to be conducted. The space plan is to include a waiing area, exam rooms, an ultrasound room, a laboratory, offices, and triage staions.

CONCEPT

A chrysalis is the origin from which a beauiful adult buterfly emerges. A chrysalis symbolizes life. CHRYSALIS CLINIC FOR WOMEN is an obstetrics and gynecology clinic that provides medical services for women who are entering womanhood, through pregnancy, into menopause and beyond, helping them live healthy lives. The disincive design addresses the needs of the paients, their families, and the healthcare professionals simultaneously, helping to improve the healthcare delivery process. Inspired by the buterfly, CHRYSALIS is as unique and colorful as a woman’s life.

SOLUTION

Because every woman is unique and beauiful, the interior of CHRYSALIS celebrates the loveliness and individuality of a woman’s life with its rich, jewel-like color scheme, reflecing the colors of a buterfly. As a buterfly has wings that radiate from a central body, the design for CHRYSALIS flows from a centralized, shared recepion area into waiing rooms with a channeled ceiling design that calls to mind buterfly wings. The floor plan is designed to feel balanced with one side being a close reflecion of the other, just as a buterfly has a symmetrical makeup. The inspiraion of the buterfly coninues into the exam rooms with their vibrant wall murals and dynamic color scheme, which combine to convey a feeling of life, vitality, and good health to the women who visit the clinic. In addiion, CHRYSALIS features a state of the art ultrasound room with a decoraive, sculpted ceiling and wall treatment, which flows into a bench to provide room to accommodate family members as they view the ultrasound on the wall-mounted television. Adjacent to the ultrasound room, the large procedure room is both funcional and calming. The efficient space plan for CHRYSALIS is designed to provide comfort, privacy, and confideniality for its paients.

OBJECTIVE

The goal of Steelcase’s NEXT Student Design Compeiion is to increase proficiency in planning and designing medium-sized commercial interiors. This project focuses on rethinking office space for the new economy and creaing an environment that meets the needs of an interconnected workplace. The 8,000 square foot space is to include a recepion/ideaion area, two classrooms, a think tank, open office space, project rooms, private offices, a studio, a videoconference center, and a café.

CONCEPT

The inspiraion for NEXT is to improve overall employee well-being, including physical, cogniive, emoional, and social components. The design provides an environment that drives innovaion by enhancing employees’ physical and cogniive well-being by the type of work areas that are provided. Emoional well-being is addressed by evoking feelings of home with a place to eat together, a choice of work spaces suitable to a wide variety of employee moods, and a generous exposure to daylight. Social well-being is promoted by fostering relaionships among employees through open work and relaxaion areas that promote employee interacion.

SOLUTION

Employee well-being is improved by the use of treadmill workstaions and height-adjustable, ergonomic workstaions which allow employees to make movement a part of their day. The cogniive component is addressed by the use of private, heads-down thinking areas, and public, collaboraive workstaions where the NEXT best ideas are sparked. The emoional aspect is captured by the feelings of emoional security and comfort found at home and reinforced by numerous opions of work seings and choice of daily work space depending on the employee’s mood. As collaboraion occurs throughout the day in the open work areas, the café, and the think tank, the employees’ need for social interacion is met. Because this design puts the focus on the well-being of NEXT’s employees in order to maximize their creaivity, it will inspire ground-breaking innovaion, enrich the work experience, and improve employee saisfacion, health, and happiness.

The floor plan for NEXT reflects the project’s goal of designing an interconnected workspace that is inviing and moivaing and contributes to overall employee health and well-being. Two large classrooms are the perfect place for community educaion seminars or employee meeings as they can be reconfigured easily. Throughout the light-filled space is a variety of spots for informal collaboraion or chance meeings. The arrangement of wall pariions, floor covering transiions, and furniture draws employees through the space into the large, light-filled café. A spacious studio, a state of the art video conferencing area, walkstaions, and a think tank round out the plan.

Different types of Steelcase workstaions including FrameOne and Kick/Answer provide a variety of work seings. There is also a generous amount of marker board nearby for brainstorming and collaboraion. The two private offices in this area feature Steelcase Via Wall Soluions and privacy glass for a more quiet seing. Walk staions give employees another opion for changing up their work day.

OBJECTIVE

The goal of the Knoll Student Design Compeiion is to explore the future of furniture design based on exising Knoll products. Students are to address new issues and ideas of learning and working in an educaional environment and translate their ideas into a design for a new piece of potenially iconic furniture.

CONCEPT

Educators need furniture that will enhance the learning experience by supporing and engaging their students. In order to keep up with the shit that the educaional system has made towards creaing more collaboraive environments that can change and reconfigure to meet the need of the moment, educaional furniture must be flexible and movable. I used these qualiies as the inspiraion for the name I chose for the chair: GYPSY.

SOLUTION

Based on the Washington Skin Nylon Chair by Knoll, GYPSY is designed to support evolving teaching and learning styles. GYPSY is created with change in mind. Available in six bright, exciing colors that will enhance the surroundings and add an element of fun, the GYPSY is a curvaceous yet sleek and lightweight chair that is movable, stackable, comfortable, and flexible enough to meet all of the ever-changing needs of today’s educaional seing. It is the ideal chair for living, learning, and socializing in today’s collaboraive educaional environment.

The objecive of this project is to design and build a lighing fixture using recycled materials. Students are to demonstrate the best use of design coupled with energy efficient lighing components and use creaive skills to build the final operable lighing product.

CONCEPT

Customizable. Sustainable. Changeable. Beauiful. The QUICK CHANGE pendant luminaire is designed to be completely customizable without sacrificing style. Made from recycled bicycle ire rims, QUICK CHANGE is sustainable as well as flexible. Clips on all three iers can hold anything from maps to cards to photographs, creaing changeable shades to suit any occasion or design need.

OBJECTIVE

The objecive of this project is to design a new chair from two exising chairs, one that is provided by the professor and one that is provided by the student. The student is to model both chairs in Rhino 3D and then combine elements of the two chairs into a completely new chair. The new chair is to have a human-like posture, and the chair must be built to full-scale in the woodshop.

CONCEPT

Built with the best parts of both chairs, the LEAN CHAIR has a “leaning” posture and clean, graceful lines, which invite relaxaion. Not only does the chair allow the user to lean back, it is constructed to be a work of art as well as a place to sit.

SOLUTION

The LEAN CHAIR is an interesing blend of sleek lines and graceful curves. Its arisic form makes it an atracive accent chair for any room. It is lightweight and portable enough to provide extra seaing when company comes. The balance of the black and brown elements from the two different chairs creates an interesing contrast and contributes to the chair’s versaile personality.
