Service excellence is one of the core objectives of the Executive Services Team. Emirates Flight Catering ensures each flight is prepared to the exact specifications of the customer.

Emirates Flight Catering operates a peanut free facility however cannot guarantee compliance to an allergen free environment due to the use of common areas for storage of materials and common kitchen facilities for the production of meals. Insufficient labelling of raw materials used in the preparation of meals also contributes to the insufficient transparency of allergens.

Minimum Catering Order Timings
We will, of course, endeavour to supply and deliver orders received below the minimum timings however, in the event of delay or non-performance, this shall not be construed as a breach. Catering orders received at short notice reduces the time for us to source your specific requirements. The more advance notice you provide with your catering orders will effectively assist us in meeting your expectations and those of your VIP guests. Invoices can be settled by cash, major credit cards or through your preferred FBO. Please let us know should you wish to pay by credit card and a portable credit card machine will be presented to you at catering loading.

Emirates Flight Catering operates a Halal kitchen therefore we are unable to prepare food items / dishes containing pork or alcohol. We do not supply

Food Safety Emirates Flight Catering is HACCP certified and operates on all its principles. Temperatures are logged at the various stages of food preparation to dispatch from the unit ensuring safe food at all times for you and your guests. We understand at times you may want to surprise and delight your guests with gourmet cuisine from one of the fine restaurants available in Dubai. As Emirates Flight Catering is unable to control the food safety aspects of any externally purchased food items, we are not able to make purchases and transport food from external restaurants. Our team of international Chefs can, however, replicate any dish you require with sufficient notice provided. We understand there can be multiple changes in private aviation, so we have put together some scenarios to accommodate this, and at the same time, making sure safe food is provided at all times for you and your guests. ≥

In the event your flight is delayed and your catering has been prepared but not dispatched from the catering unit, we are able to stow your catering for a maximum of 24 hours. Should a flight delay or a re-timed departure occur after your order has been dispatched from the catering unit, or has already been delivered on board, we can offload and hold food items supplied by us, with the provision that a Food Safety indemnity waiver form is signed and the storage of your catering will be in line with Emirates Flight Catering Food Safety guidelines.
Flight Cancellations In the event of a catering order cancellation, catering charges will apply as below: ≥
DWC Airport - 10 hours or less prior to your required loading time - full charge
≥
DXB Airport - 06 hours or less prior to your required loading time - full charge.
There will be no charge for cancellations notified above the minimum timings of 10 and 06 hours respectively.
Should any specific items ordered and purchased for your flight via our Concierge Service with subsequent flight cancellations, these items will be charged back. Non-perishable items will be delivered for your next departure. We always endeavor to meet your requirements at short notice as we understand private aviation and its ad-hoc timings. Should you have placed an urgent short notice order, and the order is prepared, and subsequently the flight is cancelled, catering charges will be applicable for only the items prepared.
Delivery We will ensure that your catering is delivered to the aircraft at your specified time. We would appreciate that any updates on revised timings are provided to our Operations Control Centre in advance.
