author’s note: Re:member is a workbook that is targeted for those who are struggling with Alzheimer’s disease or any form of dementia. My Grandma was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s disease five years ago. I know how hard it is for the families and friends that have a loved one that is struggling with this disease. I designed and created this workbook because I wanted to shed some light on this terrible disease for those who are struggling with it. It is statistically proven that those who have this disease benefit from doing brain exercises. The benefits include improvement in memory retention, slowing down memory loss, thinking skills are less likely to decline, reduction of anxiety and depression, as well as creation of new brain cells. Re:member is a workbook that can help those improve their memory and to gain a connection with their loved ones.
