The ITIL® Operational Support & Analysis Diploma course focuses on the practical application of OSA (Operation Support and Analysis) practices to enable event, incident, request, problem, access, technical, IT operations and application management. Requirements There is no experience or previous quali cations required for enrolment on this course. It is available to all students of all academic backgrounds.
