This target design project is far from city center, and there are certain local villagers making free land reclamation to grow crops, the proportion in the whole plant is 10% of rice, 10% of corns, 30% of rape flower, and 5% of wheat, which are the main economic crops in Sichuan Province.

The red area is design area. Should pay attention to elevationof the mountains during design, for this city was affected by the earthquake in 2008. The red area has gentle terrain, and has a certain distance to high mountains, so trees and plant group are used against landslides
Besides all the above corps, there are precocious gramineous plants (Phragmites australis), 3 types of ferns, climbing plants (morning glory) and 5 types of arbors (southern magnolia, oriental plane and Cinnamomum camphora etc.)
Flood level analysis
The design area is close to the Minjiang River, and local government has made the analysis and design of flood level, it consists of common level, and levels of ten, twenty and fifty years' frequency. The government combined the fending groin, the revetment span is 5 meters wide to ensure the security of the bank line land and residents, but the water area is reducing year by year, soil erosion is severe, between 1995 and 2015, the flood level remains at the twenty years' frequency, and this information is helpful in later modification and design, and in bringing in the concept of ecological restoration of the riparian zone.

Dujiangyan city is the birthplace of Taoist culture, in order to reflect local culture, fit Taoist culture elements into the design details, combining with water, hedge and natural stones to present the core spirit of Taoism, which is a way follows nature.

The square is design in a sinking style, which is surrounded by water screen, hedge and fountain; the square is like a picture ofTai Chi Eight Diagrams overlooked from the sky. It can be used as an emergency place in special circumstances.
