Ks3 About At key stage 3 students follow a curriculum which offers a wide variety of activities designed to give students a broad experience of sport. Students move around the activities on a carousel basis, generally spending 4 to 6 weeks on each activity each year. Assessment Arrangements Students are subjectively assessed at the end of each activity in each year and given a grade A-E for achievement, and an RFL grade. These activity grades are combined at the end of the year to give an overall grade for achievement and an overall grade for RFL. In Year 9 the marks are combined to give an end of key stage level. Objective fitness assessments are made annually using the college cross-country run and standard tests for speed and power during Healthy Living Week.
