Welcome!

The Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce serves 14 towns and the surrounding communities in South Central Vermont. If you are looking to experience the best of Vermont, we are the destination for recreation and relaxation throughout the four seasons.

Summer For the adventurous, Vermont summers consist of swimming, hiking, mountain biking, golf, and fishing. And for those looking for some New England culture, there is theater at the Weston Playhouse, festivals, farmers markets, and an abundance of outdoor summer recreation and concerts all summer long.

Autumn Fall is the perfect time of year to throw on a warm sweater and pick apples in one of our orchards, visit Chester’s Fall Festival and Mount Holly’s Cider Days, or take a scenic train ride from Chester to Ludlow.

Winter Winter is for more than just hot chocolate and fireplaces. We have all kinds of outdoor activities, like skiing and snowmobiling. We’re home to the Scenic Route 100 Byway, the skiers’ highway that connects Magic, Bromley, Okemo, and Killington mountains, all which have their unique terrain and experiences for visitors.

Spring With crocuses peeking through the last of the snow and trees blooming pink and white petals, our springs are all about renewal and growth. Join us in getting rid of the mud and welcoming the warmth of the sun at the Spring Mud Fling in Mount Holly. When you visit us throughout the year, you will find that we are home to many museums, including the President Calvin Coolidge State Historic Site in Plymouth Notch; Fletcher Farm School for the Arts and Crafts in Ludlow, the oldest arts and crafts school in the country; and many culinary treasures, including farm-to-table dining. With our family-owned bookstores, artisan galleries, and antique shops, we have some great shopping, too. There truly is something for everyone here in the Green Mountains.

Events not to be missed Chester: Fall Festival on the Green in September Grafton: Vermont Symphony Orchestra in July Ludlow: Summer Arts & Crafts Festivals, Chrome & Craft Festival, Okemo’s Hops in the Hills Beer & Wine Festival Mount Holly: Cider Days in October Plymouth: 4th of July President Calvin Coolidge Birthday Celebration Weston: Antique & Craft Show in October Throughout the Okemo Valley: INNdulgence Tours in December
