Spark MicroGrants: Facilitator Fellowship Posting Job title: Facilitator Fellow Organization Summary: Spark MicroGrants partners with communities in rural areas of Uganda, Rwanda, and Burundi to help them plan, implement and manage a public-sector project. Past communities have chosen to build schools, health clinics, set up income generating activities and more. We work with local Facilitators who lead these communities through a series of weekly meetings to help communities plan for their projects. Once the plan is complete, we give small grants for project implementation. Job Description: Facilitator Fellows are the primary way Spark MicroGrants interacts with our partner communities. Facilitators lead weekly meetings with each community where they train them in project management, guide them through the MicroGrant proposal writing process, and provide leadership support.
