Mulpha Australia, owner of InterContinental Hayman Island Resort, has released a limited number of ultra-luxury villas in the idyllic tropical surrounds of Hayman Island on the Great Barrier Reef.

Designed to deliver an extended escape for residents, Hayman Estates comprises a gated offering of 21 elite private villas offering spectacular views of the Whitsundays combined with Hayman’s resort lifestyle.

Designed by internationally acclaimed architect Kerry Hill, the homes are priced from $7.7 million and, if desired, can be included in the rental pool of the existing InterContinental Hayman Island Resort.

Hayman Estates is limited to a total of 21 residences with six residences having been completed in prior years. At the time of publication, two homes have been sold, another is under contract, while three recently completed residences are available for sale.

The limited release comes on the heels of a spectacular $150 million refurbishment of the resort which has been recognised by the annual HM Awards as Australia’s best holiday resort.
